What an amazing experience! Outstanding General Manager in Mr. Conteh, who went beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. A family member with a chronic illness was quickly accommodated. In addition, she was quickly assisted after a minor accident The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The rooms and public spaces were all outstanding Plus, as a retired physician, it was a special treat to stay in what used to be the legendary Cook County Hospital.

We had a room for 6, two queens and a pull out sofa. The sofa only pulled out a twin and it was a very uncomfortable bed. Fortunately, the 6th person was a child so he was able to sleep on the chaise side of the sofa. Other than that it is a nice hotel and everyone was very helpful and kind.

This was an excellent place to stay for Rush's graduation since it was within walking distance. We reserved two rooms for our family of five which were comfortable and quiet. The hotel was also interesting from a historical perspective. And the complimentary breakfast was a plus.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The only negative thing is that there were some kids running through the hallway and being very loud late at night.

Booked the hotel to be able to walk to United center for a bulls game with my family. The walk was easy and safe and the hotel was comfortable and quiet.

Stayed here to help a family member with surgery at Rush. Less than half a block so we borrowed a wheelchair from the hotel. Rooms are very spacious, beds insanely comfortable, very clean. People at the front desk very helpful.

I got a room for a family member who needed to be close to Rush. It was close but my family member could not walk the distance so the hotel staff helped with transportation. So very pleased with the gentleman that checked us in. He was so polite and helpful.

Highly recommend. Hot breakfast daily, along with oatmeal, yogurt & granola, fruit, toast options. Plenty of space thru out the building. Lots of sitting nooks, couches. Pool table was fabulous for a family night. Our room was king w sofa bed, very spacious, with high ceilings. Lots of windows, and blackout screens.
