Safe quiet reasonable price, airport shuttle, and a family restaurant close by. Good staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. comfy room.

I've stayed in countless hamptons when I travel for business. I always book corner suites because the room offers a larger footprint for my family to enjoy while I'm working. This property had the same floorplan as most, however everything about it was outdated in comparison. Most of the furniture was extremely worn and the TV still used basic cable and had no streaming capability. Considering there are about 6-8 other properties to stay within the same complex, I almost cancelled and re-booked. However, I couldn't justify being that picky when the room rate was much more affordable.

After dealing with family, I just need to get away for a moment because it was time to go back to Atlanta. I been at the hotel several times, the hotel just laid back, they served the food for excellent. Also, its close the airport, stores, and restaurants love the convenience of everything. The is very staff friendly.

Alot of noise happening in the halls construction crew i think waa staying in hotel. kids crying on another room a sounded like a couple waa arguing. didnt get much sleep which affected my meetings for this business trip

This Hotel was the worst, I didnt expect the Ritz but the price we paid I expected better than average, I also booked this hotel because there was suppose to be hot tub in my room, smoking was allowed but I didnt care about that. We were in town because my husband passed away and all of my & his family live in the area. I have huge back issues and I thought the hot tub would help. Imagine my surprise that it was offered in this hotel?? Then why did they offer that? the carpet was really really dirty in my room with lots of burn stains. I would think they would of had a floor with no carpet. I wish i would taken pictures but again we were there for my husbands funeral I was not thinking straight. I called hotels .com an that call was awful. The person jsut kept saying how sorry they were, i had a hard time ubderstanding anything else because of accent and no english. I was suppose to get a call from a supervisor but didnt. both rooms had door issues for the bath room. my room also had refrigerator issues it froze everything. no hot water in the morning the list goes on and on. I use you guys all the time but this trip was so awful,when i needed it to be issue free, no house keeping on the weekends!!! had to go get our own towels when needed and on Saturday there were none avalible till 5pm they said the service was at 11am we had to go to walmart and buy towels to use. i paid xtra for my room because there was suppose to be a hot tub. we were also suppose to be next to each

Our trip to Chicago for family business was originally scheduled for 4 days however it was extended for 5 additional days which the hotel did accomodate us.We chose the Hampton Inn on Cicero Avenue because of the location. This property was perfect! All of the staff are efficient, professional, and kind, we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. The daily breakfasts which Laura prepares offer a variety to select from. The front desk personnel, Sherrie, Nora and Abby, are quick to provide any service you may need. Fabian from maintenance quietly does his job but is quick to assist you if he notices you need help. It was a pleasure to stay at his property. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean but not spotless. Shower was a little dirty. Beds were hard. My family and i didnt sleep comfortably.

Terrible room. Connecting room had children knocking on the door at midnight. Told front desk next day and they couldn’t comp me because I booked third party. Terrible experience
