I visited Chicago with my family for a few days. One of my friends recommended this hotel to us, and I was really impressed with the value compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel was clean, quiet, and family-friendly. The service was good, although I had to call for room cleaning and extra toilet paper and towels. Additionally, the hotel offers a breakfast with many options, which was a great start to our day. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago; it's just 35 minutes from downtown, even with traffic.

we had a group of 8 families stay at this hotel for a wedding and everyone loved the ambiance and cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend if you have to be in the burr ridge area

I was here for a wedding weekend with the family. The hotel feels new or recently remodeled. Maybe I got lucky but parking was always available for me near the front. The free breakfast bar is AWESOME! They have everything you’d want and expect from a hotel of this class and for me, I loved that there were non-pork hot meal options, a variety of condiments, brand name yogurt and almond milk was a pleasant surprise. It’s hard to find a decent 3-star hotel in the Chicago area at a decent price and this one is going to be on my go-to list.

Our room had ants under the phone, which was kind of gross. The elevators are also terribly slow here. Pro though is that it is a new space and the staff are super nice; the night manager helped us get set up with a pack and play (even helping assemble it herself) for our baby.
