3 days. Excellent location. Clean family beaches and downtown close walk. Ample parking.

I loved the property. It was a bit aged and antique-ie as far as decorated. It was right on the water and my view from the balcony was so beautiful, especially during sunrise. It was very clean and safe. Staff was great. Everything within walking distance. My only complaint is the PAPER THIN walls. You can hear EVERYTHING. I felt like someone was going to the bathroom beside me with the door open. Showers from other rooms were also crazy loud. I had to work early and felt so guilty for showering at 530 am. I can’t imagine what it would be like with loud children or crying babies.

Older building & out dated. Trains continuously pass beside the hotel. The room we got was on the end of the building. 1st evening was extremely noisy. Tolerated the inconsiderate guests above. Had only 4-5 hrs sleep each night of our stay. Later found out that there were unsupervised children above us the 2nd evening. Called the Front desk & complained several times, but the noise continued into the night. There was nothing done about it. The night desk staff were unapologetic & seemed to favour the offending guests. At 1 point , the employee said the noisy guests have just as much rights. We found their attitude to be completely unacceptable. Incompetent staff & Poor value for the amount of money spent. Had a better stay at motel 6! We are never staying at this hotel again. Get more rest sleeping in our car. Local area is good. Too bad there aren’t more hotels around.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, chill vibe. Very family friendly. The pool is a typical hotel pool, in a great room with lots of plants and windows. Property, room layout and furnishings are dated..not a big deal for me. I would have loved to see more environmentally conscious choices such as: big refillable shampoo and conditioner, reusable cups, less plastic waste in Continental breakfast items, and posted details on what is recyclable.

Fantastic place to stay. If you travel Amtrak, the property is only yards away and walkable. Right on the beach and walking distance to all things downtown. Sandpoint is a very friendly place and it a convenient place to vacation at. Swim, fish, boat or just relax. If we had young kids, this place would be great.

This is an old hotel that needs updating. It doesn't have an elevator so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs. The room was comfortable and clean but did need new curtains and drapes. We really enjoyed the small deck and the view. This would be a great location for a young family since it has a park, a sandy beach, and a swimming area. The lady at the breakfast bar was really nice and helpful.

Very outdated, old, musty, and gross. Lots of unsupervised teens running around, not family friendly

We were told the pool and hot tub were out of order upon arrival. They would provide no discount because we booked on Hotels.com and if we didn’t want to we Don have to check in and we could stay somewhere else. Which means we had already gotten there and we were supposed to figure out where to take our kids and pet. The pool and hot tub were a significant reason for the stay and had been down for a couple days. They didn’t provide any notice of the problem the day before so we could make other arrangements. Front desk attitude was take it or leave it. Bad customer service.
