Triple play is a hidden gem. Our family goes triple times a year. We love the hotel attached to the amusement park. The staff at the hotel are incredible and recognize you when you come back and go above and beyond. The staff at the amusement are very young and sometimes not too eager to work and slack a bit with the rides and services but overall get their job done ok.

Took the family here from Friday to Monday. The room was good. Sleeps six only thing was the fridge and cabinet still had other people food in it, and some of their belongings meaning how clean was it. But the rest is amazing. The breakfast was good and staff were awesome. This hotel with an extra cost is a getaway on its own, sooo much todo we didn’t even get to it all with a one day pass. My family had a blast! it’s a short drive to Silverwood where we spent two days. Check out being at noon gives you lots of time to rest and pack up. Would definitely go again !!

This hotel was very affordable for my family. I love the many options of activities, from bowling to arcade games to a waterpark to a ropes course, bumper cars, go carting, etc. It was all wonderful. However, it is obvious that they are short staffed or something, because our room was not clean. Handprints all over the mirrors with every mirror in the room, wrappers and food on the floor, the toilet was filthy, bathtub was also in bad shape. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large bottles in the bathtub, but our shampoo was totally empty. Continental breakfast was amazing. Everything was great except our room was a hot mess.

The room was spacious, our family benefited from the small kitchenette. The room and bathroom weren’t as clean as I’ve seen other hotels but the company does a great job with the short amount of time the housekeepers do have to clean due to the high turnover rates. Busy place but a fun place!

The staff at check in was exceptionally helpful and made extra effort for us. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a bit noisy because of all the kids and starts getting noisy very early for the same reason. It’s a kids resort so that is to be expected. So don’t come here looking for a quiet place to sleep in. Try a different venue for that. It’s fun being attached to such a fun place for kids.

The hotel overall was clean but our room was not up to par. Our tub was clogged so everytime we showered we'd get water back up on our feet, there were also cracks in the tub too. We noticed stains on the couch in our room as well The door stopper behind the door was barely on the wall. The hotel is kid and family friendly but we'd like it a whole lot better if our room was more homey and clean. We were there for a night so it didn't make sense to make a big deal of it. Hope these things could get fixed for future families.

Fun place to take the kids for a night! The hotel and park are separate so I can see this place getting expensive for multiple nights if you’re just here for the theme park. Mind you that is not the hotels fault but it’s slightly misadvertised as one place. I don’t think that is intentional and I was able to weed through that and notice it’s not. We went during a weekday which made everything super affordable. Overall the hotel itself was a great stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds & great breakfast!
