Great location, quite, traveled with family and pool was bot iverly crowded and breakfast was excellent

The staff was very nice when we checked in but we received the wrong room number and or keys. We went to the room that was listed in our card and the key would not work. We went back down to the office and they asked our names and “reset” the key card and said come back down if it still doesn’t work. Went back up to the third floor and someone opens the door of the room that was listed as our room. It was EXTREMELY awkward because it was late at night. We went back down again (mind you I had 4 kids with me the whole time) and they seemed flabbergasted that someone was in the room assigned to us. Gave us a new room/key, just a tiring experience after Silverwood all day. We usually stay at Hilton’s, but tried Marriott instead. The staff was nice and apologetic about it but probably shouldn’t have taken 3 tries to get us into the right room…

ability to walk and view restaurants was a bit noisy in the evenings with kids running up and down the halls

We had to leave a night early due to a family emergency but while we were there is was amazing. Staff are all friendly, very clean, kept the sidewalks salted, from ice. Breakfast was super delicious.

Everything was wonderful. Fantastic breakfast, easy free parking, 12pm checkout, nice pool area, room for a family of 5.

Despite being a new building the rooms in the hotel have zero sound proofing. You will hear noises from your neighbors above and next to you, and in the hallway. You will hear water flushing through pipes (quite loudly) and there will be zero privacy for anyone traveling with companions and using the bathroom. The sofa bed is also only suitable for children, ours had a very large dip in the middle as if there was a support rod missing, and the blankets provided were very thin, scratchy, and did not feel entirely clean. Not sure why the hotel cannot provide a comforter for the sofa bed. Otherwise the facilities were very clean, the lighting in the bathroom was good, and there was a generous breakfast offered.

Great for big families. Little bit expensive but worth the money we spent.

Great pool for kids

The staff here are amazing and welcoming. Best customer service in a long time anywhere. They seem genuinely happy. Excellent facilities-so clean! We will be back-it saved our family getaway.

I loved how amazing our sleep was despite us sleeping in the same room as the kids. I think they must have used some sort of sleeping gas to make us so comfortable (joking). However, their swimming pool was filthy, (but hot tub was clean).
