Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites

The customer service is terrible, a bunch of kids who are ignorant in the customer service/hospitality industry. Apparent their housekeeping clocked out midday and goes home “even the facility laundry washer and dry somehow switched loads after their clock out time. The bathroom shower curtain was soaked from the running water and flooded (3/4 inch) of water in the bathroom and when I asked for housekeeping to help clean it they said to come down to the front desk so they could give me a mop and bucket, where the liability in accident would have been solely in the hotel if I fell in the wet, flooded baghrrom.

I do a lot of road trips across the nation and stay at a lot of different properties with my family of 5. Hamds down, this is one of the best stays we have ever had. Our room for the 5 of us was a 2 bedroom suite. The beds were all exceptionally comfortable, even the pull out couch! The breakfast wasn't just your standard breakfast buffet but actually had someone working a flattop and making eggs, omlettes, pancake and french toast to order, as well as the more standard waffle maker, breakfast breads and cereal that most have on the buffet.Chexk in/out was fast and efficient. The only bad thing at all I can say about the property is the hall carpets were a little older and needed cleaning. Overall, next time I am passing through the Twin fall area, I will definitely book here again. Great property!!!

Worst bed ever. I’m sure like 4 elephants slept in my bed for 20 years before I got there. How is there a hard mountain peak in between the 2 sides bottomless back wrecker sides. You could smell the chlorine from the pool outside…does that indicate lots of kids peeing in the pool? Or grown ups? Did I mention the bed from 1983?

Pool was very disappointing…My whole family stayed at hotel and my daughter & granddaughter had to move to another room due to smell and water damage☹️I don’t think room was inspected before admitting guests🫤
