We stayed for three nights. Had excellent experience. Staff was super nice and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and fire pit. Lake view was awesome !!!

This is a great place for families. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool and river. There are plenty of activities in the area including rafting, horseback riding, and ATV rentals.
The staff is friendly and happy to help. Breakfast buffet is provided. The on-site pizzaria and ice cream parlor is excellent.
The room and common areas were clean. You can pay for laundry.

Beautiful and cozy hotel and great location. The room was very nice. They don’t have room service and I missed a kids menu in the hotel’s bar/restaurant. They don’t have a concierge. Just loved the breakfast, it was amazing!!

Ended up here by accident after a snow storm but ended up loving it so much I cant wait to bring my family to this gem. Keep up the great job!

Last minute stay due to roads closed. Was very nice to have the ability to sleep 6 in one room as we had kids with us. Facility was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. We arrived at around 10 pm and the young lady at the front desk was very nice.

The property was great and we had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend there. My only two complaints would be that there was a lot of children in the pool and hot tubs especially the hot tub (over the limit) would have been nice if management monitored that. Also sheets were scratchy like they did not use fabric softener and the mattress could use a refresh. Extra charge for dogs should have been brought to our attention during booking, Orbitz fault not the hotel.

Thank you to the entire staff for your wonderful hospitality! Lyn is an amazing host and front desk receptionist. Was helpful with our stay and tourist plans. The hotel exceeded our expectations from the staff to the amenities to the room. Overall amazing experience for our family trip!
