Loved it just didn’t like that other guest would leave there children in the pool by themselves. And were loud and hitting people with their ball.

Very clean and a good place to relax. Our family enjoyed staying at this place. Unfortunately dining around this place is very limited.

Awesome spot for families visiting Yellowstone, the extra 15min drive is worth it. Games, pool for kids to enjoy and rooms are updated!! Plus is the breakfast too, it free so don’t expect five star but it was perfect for our family!

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and clean. The rooms are large and renovated. The bathroom has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion all mounted to the walls. This was much appreciated instead of having those tiny ones that you only get a couple uses out of. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and very clean. The inclusive continental breakfast was great and had something for the entire family to get the day started off right. We will stay here again for any future trips. It is in a very nice area and the drive to yellowstone's west entrance is about 25 minutes and very scenic. The downtown area is right outside of the yellowstone entrance and has many souvenir stores and restaurants. All in all it is an amazing place to stay.

I have stayed at a number of resorts and this one, by far, is the nicest place I have stayed. The staff took good care of us and even treated us like family and bent over backwards to take care of our needs. The only thing that I can think of that woud help improve the experience would be to purchase a 2nd pan cake machine or an alternate waffle machine. The pancakes were delicious but with only 1 machine, sometimes the breakfast wait was a bit lengthy. This would be my only comment.

Resort was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. The only complain I would made is that the old lady in charge of the free breakfast area was EXTREMETELY mean to people. She even asked me to move in very rude way because she was going to reach something underneath the pancakes maker machine. She also shut some kids that were eating at the corner table up. Kids were kind of playing and she probably taught they were being loud, but they are kids. When my own son ( 11 year old) told her that the pancake machine had ran out of mixture she was very mean to him and we had to wait for a while for her to refill the machine even though it was just about bringing a new bag of mixture form the fridge. She was standing there and didn't care to have my son waiting. We were not the only ones that complained about that lady.

Everything was great until the morning when my family went to the continental breakfast. My 3 adult children, along with their 11 year old brothers went ahead (10 minutes). An older lady was working the breakfast. She was extremely rude and made breakfast time very uncomfortable. She first approached my kids and said they couldn’t get the breakfast unless they were staying on the premises. She said campers could not eat the breakfast? My kids said they were not campers and that we had stayed here. She then asked them which room number. (I made the arrangements so they were unsure). Then one of my boys remembered and stated that we were in a suite She then continued to stare at my kids and shake her head at them. She never asked anyone else what room they were staying in. After that, a family who was clearly from out of the country (did not speak English) was trying to figure out where the plates were. The lady in a rude and annoyed tone asked them what they were looking for. The foreigner was trying to find her words. The rude lady got impatient and snapped at them about where the plates were sitting. She is a very unhappy person who scowled at most people. Lastly, she took the ladle spoon that was being used to scoop the gravy for the biscuits and proceeded to scrape off the gravy from the spoon and the paper plate that the spoon sat on back into the warmer. Gross. The rest of the staff was amazing. The room we were in was clean and updated.

The resort was very nice and newer. There is really no town nearby for food, etc. which is a bit of a negative. Also, when we were there a large group of 14 year old kids had rooms right next to us which was very loud so that was a little disappointing.
