Poer outage for a full day. Beacg are a disaster (full of debris), family pool deck under reconstruction (jack hammers ongoing throughout the day), limited restaurant options.

We came for a family vacation. Barely wanted to leave the hotel. Everything you need right here. Beautiful stay. Great food. Will stay again.

This place is amazing, the breakfast buffet is delicious. We are a gluten free (celiac) family and the gluten free options were not that great (and in one case, not even GF even though it stated it was.) Just be aware if you have food restrictions. But the place is absolutely amazing.

The hotel is beautiful. The whole family enjoyed spending time in the family pool and having the swim beach right there was amazing! The staff were friendly. The restaurants had great variety of delicious food.

Great hotel with close access to Hapuna Beach. All staff were very accommodating. Restaurants on site were excellent. Entire family (children and grandchildren) enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.

Beautiful property with helpful and courteous staff. We enjoyed the family pool and poolside food/drink service. Would suggest that the room service dinner menu include different choices every evening. We would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The gym was great, especially for my husband who is a heavy lifter. The Pico coffee bar was convenient for less expensive packaged quick food. Pool bar/food was great. Salads huge and easily split. The beach is lovely and big. The downside is the hotel is huge, lots of walking and stairs. Could be problematic for older folks or families with kids hauling floats, toys etc. There are elevators but still a lot of walking. Of course room location determines how far you walk so request a room closer to elevators.

We got upgraded to a suitr. Luxurious to have a separate room for the kids.
Beach is beautiful. Plenty of umbrellas for shade. Nice snorkeling cove to the north. Lots of constructin noise at the beach. Kids incensed that one pool was restricted to adults. All-ages pool was large with max depth of 4 feet--no worries of kids getting in over their heads. A baby section was much shallower.
Restaurants were pricey with only a few vegetarian choices.
Palm-tree trimmers gave the kids coconuts and opened them for us,

Amazing resort for far less than competitors due to ongoing renovations next door. Sprawling complex so our room was on complete opposite end near parking. Love the open airy feel and relaxing, tasteful decor. Could hear the work at the pool, but not a big deal. Understand it is only on weekdays and noise didn’t really start until after 10:30am. For the price and amenities, worth putting up with a little ambient noise. The kids loved the large pool area and didn’t want to leave. Separate adult pool. Big, calm beach. Food expensive. We splurged one morning on the breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean and grounds. Parking, WiFi, water, and more included in resort fee. Free shuttle to neighboring Mauna Kea Resort. Wish we’d had more time to unwind here.
