**Hotel Review: A Stunning Beachfront Property**
Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The property is stunning, with a pristine beachfront that provides breathtaking views. The grounds are incredibly spacious and lush, with greenery all around, creating a serene and refreshing atmosphere.
One of the highlights of our stay was the wide range of activities available. There's something for everyone, ensuring that no one in the family ever feels bored. A short 7-minute walk from the hotel leads to a beautiful lagoon filled with colorful corals and a variety of fish, making it a fantastic spot for snorkeling enthusiasts.
The hotel boasts numerous dining options, with many restaurants, bars, and a market on-site. Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal or a fine dining experience, you'll find it here.
Families will particularly appreciate the extensive amenities designed for them. There's a huge family swimming pool and jacuzzi, along with separate pools and jacuzzis for kids and adults. This thoughtful arrangement ensures that everyone can enjoy their time in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect destination for families and couples alike, offering a blend of natural beauty, recreational activities, and excellent facilities. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mauna Lani! We came to Hawaii to celebrate baby moon and the hotel made sure I was comfortable by providing a pregnancy pillow & gifted a cute gift box for baby and I. The resort is absolutely breathtaking, especially the main inside interior and garden area. Staff was very friendly, everything looked new and well maintained. We loved coming back to our clean room and to the hotel overall. Everything was as I liked, the aesthetics, the cleanliness, nature, the beach area, etc. Super sad to leave but will definitely come back!!!

Our wonderful experience of staying at the Mauna Lani Resort in the big island of Hawaii for 10 days filled with great times: Pure elegance, comfort, deilightful atmosphere, demostrated integrity in quality (all foods, services, and decors), honesty, and accountability of all that the staff and management do, are the foundations upon which we felt the Mauna Lani is built! Our family imagined to have a perfect vacation in Hawaii to celebrate our ten-year anniversary and the premises of Mauna Lani Resort made that imagination a reality.
I would admire the staff of the resort for obsessing over their guest experience and make sure they exceeded our expectations, as well as the management for listening and acknowledging minor feedbacks we provided them during our stay and subsequently making meaningful actions to make our stay as excellent as possible. All the foods at the resort restaurants were truly delicious and appeared to be all made with organic and healthy ingredients. One of the best parts also were the complimentary kids club and kids meals! The spa, pools, and beaches were super clean and awesome. Highly recommending to choose Mauna Lani Resort as your next destination and look no further 🙂

I do like how the hotel was refurbished mixing the old with some new style. I do think the suite I had was a tad small but the bathroom was large and the view was lovely. I do think the breakfast area and Halani was a great addition to the hotel but it needs more breakfast variety and a higher end menu for brunch on weekends. The prices are high but the good news is they are everywhere so it is the 3rd best resort on the island of Kona. It can be the 2nd if it reconfigures the spa and adds a new restaurant that serves kid-free fare. A little less noise would be nice in the pool area so expanding the children's pool would be wise.

Let me start by saying it was a really nice stay, but I have stayed at many high end resorts and every time Auberge lets me down.
Was a little disappointed with the size of the room and the definition of Ocean View. Sure if you go out on our balcony and sit on the right part you can see the ocean but hardly what was expected from this upgrade.
Although the guest services were nice they were a bit rude when throwing in my face that I was upgraded to that. To be honest I would of fathered kept my garden room with a nice grass yard then the tiny balcony over the bathrooms and dealing with pool noise all day.
Also the hotel was not accommodating when I asked to remove the final room night off my stay so we didn’t have to pay for an unused night after adjusting our flight for kid schedule.
Sure I get what the booking rules say but when you stay at a brand like Auberge you expect them to put a little more into helping you out in situations like that.
The spa was 100% a rip off. I had a great massage but the spa had no steam rooms or jacuzzi or anything. Not worth the up charge there.
Lastly the food prices were outrageous. The food was good but 16 dollars for a kids lemonade in a tiny cup. Come on. Just because you know you’re customers can afford it doesn’t mean you need to gauge them for everything.
