Our stay was good for the night. The only issues we had are that breakfast stops at 9 a.m. and the people above us let there kids run rampant starting at 7 a.m.

Before I made the reservation, I called asking about the indoor pool, and if it was a warmed pool and a lady said YES. It was cold and I contacted the front desk and he said that it was "room temperature", and we know that for the underground pools always the temperature stays below room temperature. My kids were not able to enjoy it as expected, since it was cold.

On Saturday we brought our grand kids over to swim in the indoor pool. Also the young lady who checked us in and Vick were both amazing.

The second night we were there we had a noisy family above us making all kinds of noise. Mu wife called the front desk and was told that a family had checked in and the kids were just travel wary. She called back later and another person said he would call up and tell them to be quiet.The next morning it was the same. I went to the desk and was to;d the people above me were staying another night. They said I could change rooms, (which I did) but I felt that I was being made to accept changing in order to have peace and quiet. I was not very pleased
