We arrived early for check in our rooms were not ready but we were able to go get food and eat in their dining area. I saw another family arrive early and they had a small cooler. The receptionist stored the cooler while they took the children to the pool. The grounds were well kept and although the hotel was pet friendly it did not smell pet friendly, and our room showed no evidence of pet wear and tear. I don't travel a lot, but I was impressed and would gladly stay here again.

Rough stay for sure. Arrived at 315 for a 3pm checkin could not get into room until 345-had an infant and a meeting at 4:30. Toilet was clogged upon arrival and immediately overflowed everywhere after 1 flush. There was a reunion that happened while we stayed and nobody cleaned up after. Trash everywhere. Gym was dirty with machines broken and used towels everywhere Parking was horrendous. Had a parking pass but lot was full. They told me to basically park in the middle of the road and said they don’t tow cars that don’t have parking passes (so why did I buy mine) Requested a crib it was never delivered and I was told they only had pack and plays - also was never delivered luckily I brought my own. Hotel front staff rude. We walked up at 1030 at night to ask about the parking situation and one of them (3 were sitting in the back clearly ignoring us) was changing and was standing there in just a bra. Stayed here since it was cheap but expected more with it being a Hilton property!

For a Hilton, this was a very disappointing stay. The first room we were given smelt like cat pee. After notifying staff, we were given another room. However, how did the cleaning staff not notice this, and why didn’t they notify management? One morning, we were eating breakfast at the hotel, and one of our family members joined us. She asked the server for a fork, and he refused to give her one, telling told her they were going to close soon. He also told us we had to move tables so they could clean ours. We pointed out that there were at least 5 other tables that could’ve been cleaned first. This would’ve allowed us to finish our breakfast before he cleaned ours. His response was to just stand there behind us with his eyebrows raised. So, we moved to the bar area. That young man needs a lesson in manners. The hotel entrance and hallways are hot. The room wouldn’t stay at a consistent temperature. The general appearance of this Hilton is dirty, and it has stains on the carpet. Parking is a nightmare. They charge guests 7 dollars per day, but do not have enough parking spaces to accommodate guests. Two nights, I parked outside the parking lot due to lack of space. Overall, this hotel needs a deep clean, and they need to train their staff. Manners and cleanliness are lacking.

The hotel is really accessible to all the resources on town. The staff was friendly and attentive to the needs. The gym facility was nice and clean and the area nice and quite. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

The staff was really friendly and courteous. The hotel overall was nice but the room was about 50/50. Alot of room for improvement on cleaning honestly. We had something stuck to the floor (maybe an old gummy) by the bed, and the remotes for the tvs were sticky and looked to not been wiped in years. AC in that room really needs work also. The parking though.... was pretty rough. Apparently we stayed while 2x 30+ member family reunions were booked.... so parking was slim to none unless you parked across the street.... which wouldn't been fine if you didn't pay to park.
