They stay was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was very delicious and had a lot of options. The only problem my family had was being told I had to pay $75 for a pet deposit that was non refundable and was actually charged $85. The site also says they are pet friendly but didn’t specify there would be a pet fee. I’ve stayed at a few Marriot locations with my dog in the past and was never told there was a pet fee. This made the hotel hot cost go from under $200 to just under $300 for one night. That was my only problem with our hotel experience.

We always stay at Hampton Inns, but they were booked. We have stayed at Fairfield Inns before though. We were pleasantly surprised at how family and pet friendly this hotel was! Even though it is located right next to I-95, our room was very quiet and easily accessible for our dog. We really liked our suite room, Wi-Fi and breakfast. We will be returning in the future!

Room 229 is WAY too close to the stairs for a family that needed sleep after traveling. We did not test. The people walking up and down the stairs all night was just awful.

Property was very clean and nice. Staff improvement required as after much persuasion we were unable to get even a glass to make hot milk for the baby.

Stayed during a recent trip to visit family. Check in was quick and very welcoming. Location is near interstate so it is a quick on and off. Close to restaurants, gas and shopping. The property is new and the rooms are clean and quiet.

Hotel.com canceled my reservation and I had to pay more because they wouldn’t recognize my original rate. Also, the kitchen supervisor was unpleasant and tried to clean up quickly right in front of my kids while my kids (who woke up late) were trying to grab the last few things available. Could have offered what was available versus trying to put things away.
