The hotel is nearer and in a nice location right off the freeway, nothing around it as far as walking to get something to eat, but a big gas station on the corner. I had no compliants with the customer services. I had to kill 2 good size roaches in my room. The room was clean. I had someone above my floor that had a child that decided to run around at 3:00am in the morning. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

I met the owner and some of his family. American owned and operated. Very nice people. Very quiet. The owner himself rode a bicycle around the property after dark to ensure the place was safe and secure. Most places take your money and don’t care. Will stay again if I’m in the area

It literally takes an act of God (Hurricane Idalia) to get my parents to leave home. My step dad has COPD and is on oxygen 24/7. After driving 150 miles and finding out the first hotel I booked should be condemned, I reserved a suite here. Upon arrival my step dads portable oxygen ran out and he needed to plug his other one in. The couple at the desk got my parents into a room immediately. The man (forgive me for not knowing names) brought an oxygen machine to the room, hooked it up and even gave my step dad new hosing. He talked with my parents as if they were old friends. My mom is in her 70s and does not like leaving her comfort zone(HOME). This couple made her feel at ease, as if it was Home away from Home. She loved the room and says it was the best sleep she's had in years! To the couple that my mom cant stop talking about, your kindness made a huge impact and will never be forgotten. (In fact she is already talking about going back) God Bless you and your family.

We did not end up staying because pool was closed, which was not disclosed at check in, even though I was checking in with children for over a week.

Booked this hotel because we were staying over a week and needed a washer & dryer (and they also had a pool for our 2 kids, more on that later). The w/d were broke down. The lady at the front desk offered to wash, dry & fold them for us which was nice. We are a family of 4 and we were there for the Jr High National Finals rodeo so needless to say we needed to wash our clothes more than just the one time. The next time we asked to have them washed, the lady acted a little put out but the washer and dryer was still out of order so what were we expected to do? Well we went to ask about our clothes the next night and there was a different lady at the front desk. She said the other lady had told her that the bag in the laundry room was ours. She handed us back our clothes, stuffed back into our dirty clothes bag. So they weren’t folded we thought and they’re basically going to be unable to be worn because they’ll be so wrinkled. I dumped them out on the bed to fold and they were UNWASHED! They had sat in the dirty clothes bag for basically 2 days! The other lady was nice and offered to go ahead and wash them for us and said she didn’t know why the other lady did that. Other than that, my kids didn’t get to use the pool as it was a SWAMP and totally green and had FROGS croaking in it. And one night it came a heavy storm and we had water pouring in the window. Now we didn’t complain or ask to move or anything, we stuck a towel in the window and carried on. Def would not stay again!
