The lady at the desk was so kind! We had to stay an extra day because of tropical storm and the lady at the desk was so nice and made it so easy for me. Traveling with 2 kids and a dog is tough but she made all the difference that day. Hotel is nice comfortable and we liked the pool!

Pool broken, weight room broken—- grand kids were heartbroken!!! When we asked about when the repairs would be done they just said—-it’s broken!!

Pool area not clean and very cold was not advertised that it wasn’t heated until you got there which was too bad for kids because they didn’t get to swim as the water is freezing

Arrived late with my service dog, check in was easy, got to room and was completely disgusted from the lack of cleanliness. It was as if someone with children had been using the room just prior to my arrival. There dents in the cushions as if someone was just sitting on the chair, there were hairs everywhere and stickers stuck to the floor. The only shining light in this was the front desk lady that was able to switch me to another room immediately. The new room wasn’t as terrible and sufficed for the one night. The next morning I thought there would be breakfast, but I must have missed it. I went to fill up my water bottle but the water wasn’t working. I asked the staff member if I was just using the machine wrong and she gave me a terrible attitude, didn’t even respond and walked away from me. I politely asked her again, and she rudely responded that she just went and turned it on. I thought I’d give La Quinta a chance based on all the dog friendly TikTok’s I’ve been seeing about it but this has definitely deterred me from ever going back to another one.

Overall good stay, however there was constantly little puddles of dog pee in the hallway and in the elevator. Made us kind of worried what was going on in the rooms. They seemed clean, but the animal messes in the first floor fall and elevator were a lot. It was obviously from pets and not from wet kids leaving the pool.

We normally stay at Hilton properties, but decided to stay here and I am SO glad we did! The rooms were just as nice and, in some cases, nicer than many Hiltona Ive stayed at. (I travel at least 60 days a year). The rooms were clean, beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was fabulous, the staff were all nice, professional, friendly, and the whole experience was outstanding. The rate was reasonable.Of you are traveling with fruyy family members, the pet rate here is cheaper then Hilton properties. (Which in Hilton can be up to 80.00). If in the area, bypass the competitors and head straight here. You wont regret it! We woudl absolutely stay there again.

Ran into a family medical issue could not make the hotel, could not revise the booking. Hung up from Expedia and hotel. Out 3 hotel rooms with travel insurance that is basically worthless.

This hotel had ok reviews but I was very disappointed. First our kids found a pair of old mens underwear under the sink that had been there for who knows how long. The refrigerator smelled terrible from where water was sitting in so long. The kids wanted to swim so we went down to the pool and it was so disgusting in that room. The shower head in our room was broke and it was stuck between two settings so it hurt coming out. Couldn’t even enjoy a shower. The only good experience I will say was the breakfast.

Waiting almost 30 minutes to check in with a tired 3 year old after driving all day is unacceptable. Later when my wife stopped at the desk to ask a question the receptionist was not at all friendly or helpful. The facilities are ok, room was clean, a few minor maintenance issues, sink stopper didn’t work, ice machine on our floor out of order, in the fitness center a large hole in one wall and another wall with apparent water damage and mold. Families like ours with kids who sometimes sleep late can’t take advantage of the breakfast since it ends at 9:00am, so can’t comment on that. Overall would have given 4 stars except the bad experience with the receptionist and checkin made it a 3 in my opinion.
