The hotel was clean, but was overtaken by children. Family friendly is awesome, but common areas all areas were not comfortable if not in a group of kids

Check out was at noon and I was loading things to my car at 11. The cleaning crew came in and started throwing away remaining foods I had that I was planning to take with me which pissed me off! A big group of kids were there so no one else could enjoy the pool table or the pool.

Front desk lady was going off on a lady with her 2 kids and husband for not having the key to get into the building. The lady wouldn’t let me or these people in at first and just started yelling at us. I told her I didn’t have a key yet, I was just trying to check in. She then stopped yelling at me but then really focused in on the other lady! Completely unprofessional! Did not expect that at such a nice hotel. Other than that, everything else was extremely nice!

We made a pit stop here late at night after hours of driving toward our family vacation. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable. We didnt get to take advantage of many amenities since it was a late night arrival and early departure, but the breakfast was great.
