There’s a reason why the rate was so good. While the daily cleaning looked wonderful and there does seem to be areas that have fresh paint, the color scheme, hall/room carpets and lobby/dining furniture are due for a redo! The breakfast was very nice although tailored for the early crowd all weekdays and over by 9. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea are available all day and the workout room was small but supplied with all machines mostly functioning (TV and heart rate monitor not working on elliptical but I’ve seen worse). Service was friendly and housekeeping well trained. We didn’t mind that we needed to ask for it each day we wanted it bc we’d rather not be bothered early. It’s a quiet hotel that is very near Kennesaw University. My husband hated our air conditioner bc IT was noisy, my issue was that it didn’t cool the room effectively, it was a lot cooler and less humid in the halls. Overall, the hotel has wonderful, well-trained staff, clean rooms, but definitely needs a facelift. My guess is that it’ll start after the summer of family and sports team guests slowdown. A fresh color scheme all round with easy clean fabrics will be welcomed by the hardworking staff and patrons alike.

We stayed here for our daughter’s commencement ceremony at Kennesaw State University (Hooty Hooo!). The attentiveness of the front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast kitchen staff was exemplary. Jessica of the front desk greeted me upon anrrival and continually was readily available to address the needs of my family and I, for our 7-day stay. Even, the manager, at one point introduced himself to me, further reassuring that that him and staff were available to ensure a pleasant stay. And you must have Ms. Martha’s, ‘Good Ole' Fashioned Grits’ for your complimentary breakfast, who was a delightful person to exchange a smile and ‘good morning’ with. The rooms were, especially the bed, cleaner and better made than that of our just, recent stay at more renowned hotels–yes.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The hotel entry was clean and welcoming. Our room was on the first floor and the only complaint we had was that the air conditioning didn’t feel as cold as it was set at- however- it was incredibly hot outside- and it was more than comfortable enough (my husband is a polar bear!)
Bed was as expected for a hotel. The sofa bed was a trundle, which was perfect for my two boys (7 and 10) to each have their own “bed”.
Breakfast was typical for a hotel free breakfast, but was well stocked and clean.
Location was perfect for us to travel to Truist Park (20ish minutes) right off the interstate. And only took about 30 to get into downtown Atlanta with normal traffic. Lots of restaurants near by.
Great deal for the price if you don’t want to pay the high rates and parking fees for being closer to downtown areas.
We would definitely stay again when coming in for a family trip.

From check in to check out, my stay is always pleasant at this Springhill Suites. If you're lucky enough to have a first floor room, you will see the tallest ceilings at any hotel you've been to.
The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and the carpet was just being cleaned (on my most recent trip).
The gym is second to none. I've been to 7 different hotels in the area and it's the most workout friendly. Its always very clean.
The breakfast area is always clean and fruit is always out.
You can find both a USA Today and Wall Street Journal in the lobby at any time of the day.
You will find the mall, 2 movie theatres, multiple restaurants and shopping centers very nearby. Yet the hotel feels off the path. Always quiet.
Overall, a great place to stay with family or by yourself!

Spring Hill suites in Kennesaw,Ga is a good choice to stay in the North Atlanta area. Rooms are clean and well organized. Staff was helpfull, but could possible use more training on internet booking policies and check in. Otherwise this hotel gets you away from the grind of Atlanta and the area has plenty of good places to dine. My family's stay was very relaxing.

Beds are so comfortable! Suite was more than enough room for my grand babies to play. Everything about this hotel was on point. Will definitely stay again.
