My family and I had a great time while visiting Georgia. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well-kept. Your staff, oh my goodness, were amazing from providing fresh towels, water, directions, friendly conversations, and fresh coffee. I wish I could remember all their names, but I am not good at remembering names. Home2 Suites is a hotel I hope to stay at again soon.
Thank you, The Parker Family

I booked a 2 day stay for my Son's Basic training graduation. It was 12 miles from the base, and easily accessible to all the restaurants and activities. It is walking distance to a skating rink, movie theater and a family fun center. I could see it out my hotel window. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The room was an extended stay room with all the kitchen amenities you needed except a stove. The room was clean. The beds slept fine, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and they even had shower gel and shampoo on the shower wall for you to use.The breakfast was great. They had a great selection of breakfast items. The lighting in the parking lot was excellent. They served breakfast from 6am to 10am. There was a car dealership right next to it. I felt safe about my car not being broken into. The staff was friendly and accommodated all of my requests. I even asked them if I could have an extended check out time and they extended for another hour. I plan to stay here again in 3 months when my Son graduates from AIT school. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in experience was awesome!! My concierge was very informative, she provided me with all the great places to go eat at and places to go. My room was another story, the bathroom door would not close and upon releasing the door, it slammed back to hit the wall, no toiletries (hand soap, or lotions). Next day, requested the bathroom door be fixed and toiletries added, was told it would be taken care of by time I was off work. Returned from work around 7pm, to find the work was completed on the door, still no toiletries. Walked to Thibedeau’s (Really Great Food), went back to speak with concierge, she provided me with hand soap, I was asking her if they provide these items she stated they do and walked away, I wasn’t finished speaking with her but apparently she was done. The window coverings were interesting, a bit hard to draw open. Shocking! Breakfast was a joke, pastries, oatmeal, microwave prepackaged eggs, waffles. Where’s the meats?! Day 2, Thankfully there was a kitchenette in my room I went to the store to buy groceries to prepare my own hearty breakfast. My family are Hilton Honors members and I would give this hotel a 3.5 for the location, surrounding attractions, and shopping.

I would like to rate the hotel but i never stayed there. I booked my room well in advance and when i showed up i was told that the hotel OVERBOOKED by 5 rooms and your reservation has been moved to the La Quinta Inn across the street. How is it MY PROBLEM that the HOTEL overbooked and that MY PARTICULAR reservation was bumped. I was never informed of me being located to another hotel PRIOR to me arriving for my reservation, and was very disappointed to have driven from Baltimore, Maryland to Columbus, Georgia to be told my reservation had been changed, and my family and I had to spend a night in another hotel. Not a very satisfied customer with the hotel.
