Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North

We stayed as a park and fly option. Our hotel stay was fine, but when we returned home from our trip, the shuttle back to the hotel (at 9pm on 3/29/24) was a fiasco. We had to wait a long time for the shuttle, and when it came, the driver was beyond rude. He yelled-no screamed-at passengers (including children and elderly) to back up from the curb as he was pulling in. Then the back door was broken and all luggage had to go up front with lack of available seats. The driver was rude, drove aggressively as many of us were standing, and made minimal efforts to help with all of the luggage. I would not do this stay again just because of the really bad shuttle experience on our return to come back to our vehicle.

Wasn't bad at all for its price, a bit sad the indoor hot tub wasn't working seeing as how that was one of my main reasons for selecting this hotel. But as for a place to sleep for the night to take your kid to the aquarium in the morning, 10/10.

After driving for 12 hours we got to the property and we were greeted with rude, unprofessional staff. All we got from her was attitude. Every question we asked her we got attitude. She was more interested in serving her friends and family members that were on the property over in the bar drinking than taking care of her paying customers. They also charged us $14 to Park even though one of our family members is disabled and needed to park in the handicap‘s spot, then on top of everything else even though we booked it through Orbitz and we told them that we had pets they charged us $75 per room for a non refundable pet deposit. The icing on the cake is with all we wanted to do was go have dinner and sit in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were only open for one more1/2 hour. They had put so much chemicals in the hot tub that the whole pool room stunk of bleach. The chemical smell was so strong, even though we opened all the windows and doors and tried to air out the place we could not bear the smell to even use the pool or hot tub. This is just laziness on the staff. They could’ve waited a half an hour and put chemicals in the pool after the pool close

We absolutely loved our stay at this Hilton. The hotel was very clean with lots of updates- the onsite restaurant was friendly and open with reasonably priced, good options. The staff were so warm & welcoming. My kids loved talking to the front desk staff as we passed by. I was a mom traveling alone with 2 kids and felt safe, comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay food was okay I slept like a baby. Air conditioning system in the lobby was loud I think it was being serviced

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, until the last day when the pool was shut down due to technical issues. Overall everything was pleasant and they even worked with us due to our late arrival.
