The staff at this location were great and tried to address the issues. However, the rooms leave much to be desired. Our first room was visibly dirty- washcloth from a previous guest hanging over the shower rod, stains on the carpet, what appeared to be old candy on the linens, one bed was missing a sheet, and dust everywhere ( so much so that it triggered a family members asthma). We were told housekeeping would properly clean the room-they did not. We were moved to a different room that was less dirty ( but still dusty).
The location is easy to find and in close proximity to a few restaurants. Its also in a relatively quiet area of town.

Nice stay we had here. The beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. The hot tub was not working so a bit of a bummer for the adults. The staff was great and the lobby area was beautiful. The place is a bit dated but very clean and comfy! Would recommend.

System was down during my stay so it took a while to get checked in, while stay I had no key but there was always someone to let me in my room. Also I think after a certain time the pool especially the jacuzzi should be adults only, there were so many kids in the jacuzzi area around 9, WITHOUT GETTING IN THE WATER LOOKED SLIMMY PH WAS WAAAAY OFF SAME WITH THE POOL, which is a disappointment because I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and Jacuzzi area . So that was definitely disappointing, Other wise Aesthetically the hotel is BEAUTIFUL the staff are very nice and professional, my room was nice although a few of towels were dirty but they fixed that issue immediately. I guess I’m just assuming I came on the wrong weekend but won’t be taking my chances next time I come to Atlanta

It had a nice gym area and is close to the Brave's stadium area of battery park but this place was so loud bro and the AC is terrible. I was sweating both nights and there was a child screaming in the room next to me the first night, I got woken up by the doors twice the second night. They need to add those things to the bottom of the door that help with sound or something cause I normally never have issues sleeping at hotels

We stayed here for a Braves game and it was great! Property was nice, hotel was clean, bed was comfy. The main cons were a small bathroom, which wasn't that big of a deal, and I feel like the rooms are poorly lit, but nothing that would deter me from staying again. We even had a loud party in the room next to us, which we finally had enough of at about 1:30am, so I called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. Staff and customer service were wonderful!
If you're staying for a Braves game, I wouldn't recommend walking from this hotel, but it's doable. We bought a parking pass and just drove the short distance (maybe 1.5 miles) to the park, mainly because we had a toddler with us. I do believe the hotel has a shuttle service, though, if you're looking for that!

Great 4 night stay for a wedding. Staff is wonderful. Good size room with everything you need (loved the makeup mirror). Very comfortable bed, huge tv, updated room. Room needed some paint repair by the door, but nothing huge. Excellent location with anything you could need close by. There is a restaurant + bar in the hotel, but we were occupied w wedding activities, so we can't comment on this. Very nice public spaces! Note the hotel collects a $100 deposit Per Night at check-in (which is credited back at check-out). Only drawback we experienced was the room adjacent had kids who were loud & up past midnight carrying on. We definitely would return, and ask for a room on a quieter floor.
