Aloft Atlanta at The Battery Atlanta

Great stay, the front desk clerk was friendly and informative. The lobby was clean and family friendly. My room was clean and smelled fresh. The location to Truist park was a short walk. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Weird room layout, and size not ideal for family of four. Many parts were under construction. There were also loud groups loitering outside of hotel. Proximity to ballpark ideal, but will not stay at this hotel again.

I was surprised to find that there were no doors separating the shower area from the beds and there were mirrors positioned in such a way that you could see inside the shower and changing area from the bed. That was not at all accommodating for my family that included two teenage boys and a 9 year old girl. The staff however, was very accommodating and had us moved to a different room that offered the privacy we needed.

Bed was really comfortable, room was cute. Only problem are the thin walls. I was woken up at 8 am with loud children screaming & playing. Then heard housekeeping talking so loud. Glad I didn’t choose late checkout because I could not get some sleep. Front desk staff was nice, had someone come check on the screaming kids.

Shared a double queen with my family…no separate room for the shower and a mirror reflecting into the area from the main room. The room was tiny. For the price, it’s ridiculous plus had to pay $30/night for parking. Not recommended despite being walking distance to the ballpark.

Staff were great ! Rooms are nice. We got on the 4th floor ( I DO NOT recommend) you have no view of anything but the roof and apartments across the way. Air conditioning was pretty loud. Not sure if this is the case in all rooms. This hotel was under construction while we stayed but nothing bothered us tbh. The hotel is smack in the middle of one of the nicest areas I have stayed. They have everything for baseball fans around the hotel. The Atlanta braves stadium is a 5 min walk at most and restaurants and stores are all walking distance. We enjoyed the stay minus the few little things. I don’t not recommend for a family as the bathroom is wide open to the bedroom area so no privacy !!!! The hotel has a cool bar with an outdoor patio that’s really nice. That’s all for now.
