Wow what an amazing place to stay! We had a one night stay with the kids and can not fault anything about the hotel! Check in staff were so friendly. Rooms clean and tidy and the view of the beach was fantastic! Very family friendly. We will be back ☺️

They were hosting some huge event with children. I normally wouldn’t spend so much money on a hotel stay, but I thought my friend and I could use something extra relaxing since we very rarely get to take time off of work. It was the most stressful stay we’ve ever had. It would’ve been a better experience at a lower cost at a best western. There were children EVERYWHERE running and screaming constantly, getting enjoyment out of annoying and inconveniencing us. Whatever amount of children you may be picturing is not enough. Every time we needed to use the elevator, it was full of children who were pressing the buttons for every floor. The kids above our room were dragging furniture, jumping, and screaming almost all hours of the night. There seemed to be no supervision of the children. The hotel staff did nothing about any of this when we brought it to their attention. The woman at the front desk literally just put her chin on her hand and said “I’m sorry” with a pouty face, and then stared at us offering zero resolution. It takes a lot for us to complain, but we couldn’t sleep, let alone relax. There were really no perks to staying in this resort vs a regular hotel, yet I paid quadruple the price. Save your money and stay in a la quinta.

Pros: Valet Staff was great! The views are Awesome. Variety of Food choices. Cons: Parking is Expensive. Bathroom needs more TLC. Mold issues in bathroom. Drunk couple ruined my last day. They past out right in front of my Cabana, broke bottle of alcohol, their kids were trying to wake up past out mom. I called management. I think they should have done more. The pool closed on my last night. I was not able to enjoy it. The furniture needs updating. Not exactly what you see online. Pictures online are bright and pretty but in actuality the furniture is dingy, and outdated.

Everything was great, pool,beach,food,view our room was a ocean view balcony, it was one of the older rooms ,it was clean but had some minor blemishes. Would recommend, but be sure you check the convention center events befor you go ,when we were leaving there was a middle school ,teen,Christian event stating place was jamb packed with young kids. Our 4th of july week was amazing .

Very super-friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We initially booked the wrong kid of room, but they accommodated us for the next night. Very clean resort, and the pool and hot tub were excellent. The beach was so relaxing and an ease to get to it from the hotel. Also, the bars and restaurant were excellent!!

The hotel was good, but had some concerns: like the bed had dips, no microwave if you had left over food to eat later, the rods in bathroom kept falling down, there was only one chair in the room, the TV had a limited of channels with most of them kids channels, cut the AC down to 70 the room still stayed hot. The smell was good but if you have sinus issues eventually the smell will start missing with your sinus. The Market Place was small to buy items, the restaurant serve the same menu every night, the furniture in the lobby needs to be updated. If you need to iron clothes you have the world smallest ironing board. The last night stay I got sick from eating in dinning room. The only good thing about staying here was the courtesy of the valet. Will Not Stay again for the money I spend the hotel could have been a little better.

Was absolute a joy staying here this weekend. We were in town for my daughter’s AAU gymnastics meet, there was 15 of us staying at the hotel and the staff was amazing. The hotel was very clean, great size pool, amazing atmosphere overall. The whole family loved the smores by the ocean. Would recommend this hotel, will be staying again.

We stayed here for a little Fathers Day getaway. Upon checking in we were given champagne and my kids got beach balls (they loved this). Overall our stay was great the only thing is that out of 3 elevators only 1 worked. So there were times that we would just take the stairs to avoid waiting in the line. Also, love the reusable bottles and different fill stations they had available.

As a Florida native accustomed to high-end accommodations in Daytona Beach, I seek luxury when staying at 4-star or better hotels. This establishment surpassed all expectations. Greeted by friendly staff and a complimentary champagne, the hotel's elegant wooden décor exuded sophistication. The Oceanview king room featured a unique layout, ensuring a quiet and tranquil stay. Despite minor sink issues promptly resolved, the room boasted luxury amenities and a pristine oceanfront balcony. The pool area offered a tranquil retreat with a pool, spacious jacuzzi, and poolside bar serving delectable fare. Families enjoyed the kid-friendly pool, cornhole tables, and s'mores experience. Convenient beach access and engaging magic shows added to the charm of this hotel. Overall, my two-day stay left a lasting impression, and I eagerly anticipate my return to this exemplary Daytona Beach retreat.

We loved this resort so much. The cabana room was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the water pressure wasn’t as good as I expected. Loved the s’mores every night. The security guard was really nice and they had movie night at the pool. Can’t wait to go back and take the grandbabies.
