Hampton Inn Daytona Shores - Oceanfront

We stayed there when running from Hurricane Helene.. brought my Mother in law and Father in law with me. My Mother in law has brain and lung cancer so traveling is very tiring for her. The ladies at the desk made sure that her room was up to par for her, doing a second check over before we went up just to make sure she had everything she needed to be comfortable and able to take a shower with a chair. They went over and beyond for us and it means more than they know! You could tell it was more than a job for them.. like she was family! The rooms were ocean view and was very clean w/ no issues! The breakfast was great and my In laws were very very happy with everything! Not sure of the ladies names but this was a lady looking to be in her 30s talk with dark brown hair and the head of cleaning, I think, was older lady with dirty blonde hair. Thank you 2 so much for a peaceful night!

Went for a Father’s Day gateway and we had a great time. Excellent staff, building and breakfast. We love the pool jacuzzi and it was so accesible to the beach that the kids love it. We already recommend it to our friends. Thank you!

It was very nice hotel the room was very clean and nice the view was awesome the pool was good and the acces to the beach was great we will be going back in the future. The complimentary breakfast was very good lots to choose from me and my family was pleased.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn. The reviews here were much better then the Hilton 5 miles up A1A. Pulling up and walking in to the lobby, I was like oh boy - my wife and son are not going to like this. (Needs better curb appeal and upgrade). However, walking into the Oceanfront Room with a King Bed and Double Sofa - that made up for it. It literally looked and sounded like the waves were breaking right outside the room. There was plenty of families there with their kids and my son enjoyed the pool and the beach (had steps right from the pool to the beach). My only other suggestion is that they put a small Tiki Bar for the parents as they are on vacation too. There is a little space on the pool deck for one. If you can get the OceanFront Room around $259 or less on a Friday or Saturday - it is worth it.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have enjoyed it very much. The breakfast has a wonderful variety and having coffee available all day and night is a plus. We were a little dissapointed that there was construction going on in the lobby and we were not informed. Some noise during the day while trying to relax by the pool. We hope that the new lobby will be a nice addition to the hotel. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job and they made the lobby smell fresh and clean each day, if only that clean smell could find its way into the elevators! Fresh baked cookies in the evening were a big hit for the kids. Poolside furniture was replaced with new while we were there and it looks very nice. They are surely upgrading! Overall our stay was great and we will visit again.

From the incredible staff and wonderful well kept facility to the breathtaking views and great breakfast .....the location wraps this Hampton Inn up into a PERFECT 10! We stay there often and highly recommend it for families and events!!!
