We were put next to a family of 7! 5 kids in one room. It was so noisy and we constantly heard the father threatening the kids getting “spanked”. When I let reception know, she just said ok, noted. There was no compassion or concern. I would have wished we would have been given the opportunity to move rooms.

The size of the room was great with the bedroom separate from the living room. The full size fridge and microwave were also quite nice. The staff were very pleasant and the firing desk had beach toys, chairs, and other objects on a first come first serve basis. My family stayed in 5 hotels in two weeks and this was, by far, our favorite. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Our suite was clean and spacious. It’s a great room for larger families. There are two TV’s and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and paper towels. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices and the staff working in the breakfast area kept it clean and consistently filled the coffee and empty food platters. There’s a restaurant across the street and the beach and some quaint shops are very close by. Cons: The older lady at the front desk was unwelcoming upon check-in and appears unhappy with her job. It’s a not a great first impression for guests. The noise level at the pool at close to 10 PM was ridiculous. .

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that we were unhappy with was the furniture. The sleeper sofa mattress was falling apart and was so awful we had to go buy an air mattress for the kids to sleep on instead because you could feel every bar and spring. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable it made sitting and trying to relax nearly impossible. That was really my only complaint about my stay, other than that we were really happy!

The hotel was very nice. We had a two-queen suite, and it was a large room with plenty of space for us with a baby. The staff was very friendly, and the location was easy driving distance for us to nearby attractions.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. Easily fit our family. The walk around the lake across the street was pleasant.

When we checked in we were on the first floor. There was a dog barking down the hall and loud children next door. The room was clean but very dated. The bathtub was very narrow and the sink was clogged. The breakfast was okay., but there wasn’t any meat to go with the eggs and the pancake mix didn’t look mixed.

We reserved a double Queen suite and it smelled like sewage and they were booked so they couldn’t give us another suite. They offered us a king size bed room to sleep two adults and two kids. We took it bc we had no other choice it smelled so bad like the toilet overflowed .

This was our second stay at this hotel. Love the location and staff is great. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only problem we had was the iron leaked and I was not offered a free dryer to dry my shirt, but a new iron was brought to me immediately. Overall a great place to stay especially with kids.
