Hampton Inn Titusville/I-95 Kennedy Space Center

This was a great overnight stay for our family. The hotel was incredibly clean, the room was comfortable, and our stay was an excellent one.

Had a great stay with family and breakfast options were good too.

The only problem for my family and me was there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything else was great. The Staff was excellent!! The rooms and what I seen of the hotel was very clean.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very accommodating, we definitely will come back when around and recommend it to our friends and family!!!!

I stay here multiple times a year. The staff is super friendly, rooms clean, breakfast is awesome and my grandkids love the pool. Be back in September! Thank you!

The room was clean & comfortable as expected. Breakfast was good. Only problem was the tub in the shower, it felt like it wasn't sitting on the base so it was "soft" and you constantly felt like you were sliding towards the middle of the tub. There was a safety bar to hang on to which was helpful, however the bar was pretty close to the shower head and I kept hitting my elbow on it. Also the pool was small and in the back so we avoided it with our kids.

My family and I loved the fact that this property was very clean and staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The full included breakfast was great for us and the kiddos. Very clean and comfortable stay!

Prior to booking my rooms, i called the local hotel and spoke with a manager about 24 hr check in. My family & I were driving overnight & wasn't sure of the arrival time hence the inquiry. I had prepaid for both rooms; however, upon arrival i was told my rooms had been canceled due to a 3 am audit since we hadn't checked in. On top of this upon arrival we were locked out. The lobby door was locked & no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell & called the hotel several times before someone realized. It took about 15 minutes.The attendant said no one informed her of my phone call to let them know i was arriving early in the morning. Then, she said we could wait in the lobby while she checked on breakfast but locked us out again as i went to tell the others. Once inside, we had to accept what was left for our two rooms. She wasn't authorized to correct anything. Fast forward, already tired from traveling, i did not sleep at all. The 1st floor room next to a side exterior door & stairs was very busy & noisy. So my Mother's Day vacation started out very rough. After spending very little time in these rooms, we checking out on Monday. Prior to checking out, the front desk called, housekeeping almost walked in on us getting dressed around 11:30 am. Check out was at 12 pm. The manager Isis was smiling and polite but did not address any of my concerns. She blamed everything on the pandemic and being understaffed. Her hands were tied bc i booked with hotel.com. Awaste of $578.00
