Very clean and spacious rooms for a family of four. Quiet rooms -Great price. Nice place to stay evening before a cruise.

Staff was very friendly, my child left an important personal belonging before we left on a cruise and they held it safely all weekend.

Liked the tall shower head as our family is tall. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have access to kitchen. Found a previously smoked cigarette on an upper shelf which was unfortunate. Floor was a bit sticky. I was excited to hear they had boiled eggs for breakfast but when we came to eat they ran out and did not have any in the back.

Worst mattress I’ve ever had in a hotel. Felt like an old used children’s mattress that’s been jumped on for 20 years. Otherwise, the staff was so nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location and it was very clean.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible. I know it was continental but the muffins were old and dry, with no juice or milk for kids. Disappointed.

I’m not sure this is common with this chain or not. The staff is very friendly and they really try to help the guests, BUT THEY NEED HELP. Upon arrival( around 6 pm), we had to wait for someone to clean our room. According to the administrator, they would do “courtesy cleaning” if we stay with them for more than a week. We stayed 10 days and no one cleaned our room. You have to wait a bit if you need to speak to someone at the front desk because the person is busy helping cleaning. They advertise breakfast but it’s really yogurts, mini muffins and coffee, no drinks for your kids other than coffee or tea. There is laminated floors in the rooms, they look nice and clean, unfortunately for us, we could hear the children running all night in the room above ours. There is a good reason for installing carpet in some hotels. Despite the lack of the house keeping staff, our room was clean so they doing a good job on that.

The breakfast only includes granola bars and black coffee. No have personnel to clean the room or empty the trash. I don't recommend if you go to travel with the family.

Spend the night to be close to family for holidays. Had a kitchen area that would be great if staying for longer then overnight. Restaurants in walking distance from hotel

Nice, clean hotel. Not much for breakfast options at all, disappointing. No where to sit to eat or play cards with family. Beds were kinda hard. Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice. Restaurants near by and close to the highway. We would stay again.

Visiting family. The front desk team was very courteous.
