We stayed here because of the proximity to Moffitt Hospital, they were doing major repairs on the first floor, front desk personnel were very helpful and the rooms we nice, we just had one problem with a woman screaming at her child at 530 in the morning in the hallway and the front desk didn’t answer the phone. Just getting woken up like that stinks. But not their fault.

The property is literally up the street from Busch Gardens, l took my kids for spring break and very convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall was a great place but we had a room next some people that were not family friendly you could hear their conversation about adults stuff that my kids didn’t need to hear then at 2am the guy that checks parking was having an argument with some guy about his car they wake me from my sleep it was that loud and I was in the 2nd floor not a great experience

I like the property and how it is not right near the road. It is not very far from the parks and other attractions. If you have a child or family member going to school in the area, it would be a nice option.

Nice hotel for budget friendly families. Not in the greatest neighborhood and you have to pay $12 a night for parking but if going to Busch h Gardens it’s worth it bc you can take the hotel shuttle which was great! Breakfast was ok and can’t complain since it’s free lol.

I open a complaint with the Hyatt. My room was not ready for almost 2 hours after check in time. The manager seemed not to care that my kids were soaking wet and later on my husban couldn't get a wine.

We had a fab stay at the hyatt. It wasnt far from Tampa airport and busch gardens so a lovely stop over on our first night in the USA. Staff were super friendly and sent ua next door for food with a discount for hotel guests.....and let me tell you the bar next door not only had a great atmosphere but the foos was amazing and was a family favourite meal of the whole trip. Great view from the hotel room. Would say it was a little dated in some parts and busy at breakfast but otherwise couldnt fault it! Lovely spacious room too!

The breakfast was excellent I was impressed The noise from out of control teens was the worst We cut out stay short since the “ children “ were staying another night
