The room is big, good enough for family of three to walking around. Beds are comfortable. But there was some weird smell.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly however going up to our room was a different story. The hallway carpet is stained so badly. Didnt feel very clean at all. Got into our room and the bathtub had brown stains on the bottom. The pool was closed and completely green. We immediately changed hotels and didnt get a refund but at least we felt comfortable taking a shower elsewhere and our kids were able to swim!

We checked in thought it was a worry free hotel. Not even 10 minutes in our room and a sketchy maintenance guy knocks on our day claiming our “night light “ is not working. Has a webpage of some sorts pulled up on his phone and he keeps point at it saying “night light out”. I had my wife and 2 kids with me. After closing and locking the door I checked the lights working just fine. We never called and reported anything literally just showed up. Needless to say I barricaded the door for the rest of the night. We didn’t shower because it was dirty. Honestly should be a one star. Sucks paying top dollar for a hotel and getting the discount service.

Stayed here last week & was not impressed. Expected better from marriot. The staff was very friendly but hotel needs renovating. Rooms are outdated. The room was not cleaned good found pills on the floor & my family did not receive enough towels & they knew 4 people were in the suite. Wall was peeling off near the fridge. Stains on the couch & not enough outlets by the bed. Also there was a tv missing. Stayed in the same type of room a year ago & there was a tv near the sofa bed. Was disappointed this time around & will be staying in a new hotel next time I'm in town.

Our room was clean and perfect for our stay in Sanford. I appreciated the staff and their friendliness even though we were there for a family members memorial service. The breakfast was perfect.

Stayed here on our last day of vacation since it was close to the Sanford airport. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. I took my family down the street to elev8 for some family fun. Not a far drive from New Smyrna beach which we also visited during our stay. Staff was so friendly & accommodating & our room was clean & comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back.

This was a perfect size for my family of 5 with the amount of beds, however, we were there for a week and we were never asked if we needed our trash emptied or if we needed clean towels and such. I feel a check in every couple of days would have been nice. The free breakfast was convenient and the location was decent.

Had our grandchildren with us. Stayed in Springhill Suites before and we expected 2 TV's. Rooms seemed smaller than other Springhill's we've stayed in.

Attending a friend's funeral and needed a place to stay without bothering the family. Convenient location to highways and clean room and pleasant atmosphere. Good place to come back to and unwind after an emotional day.
