Excellent to travel with kids

This is my family’s 4th time at this resort! We brought everyone, even the dog and had the most amazing time! We’ll be back!!

Location is great, by the water. Perfect for a family gateway. Room is fully renovated and clean. Service was also great.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room could've been cleaner - the floor wasn't vacuumed or washed to my liking. The pool area and service was great. Food at the restaurant is good and large portions. Fish sandwich is great and salads good too. Beach is very wide here so the walk to the water is long for kids. There are chair & umbrella rentals right at the water. If staying more than a few days, buying chairs and an umbrella will be more cost-effective. Parking just under the building is very convenient and coming and going is a breeze. The views of the water are endless and gorgeous. The music at the pool could be lower for my taste - it's loud-ish in the room and a distraction when reading. The kitchen is great, and for a family of 4, the double room suite is perfect with a living/kitchen area between the 2 rooms. I'd def come back.

Room was very updated w/ turn down service everyday. In hotel restaurant had excellent food. Great beach w/ beautiful sunsets. Overall, hotel was above expectations as family spot for those with kids under 10.

The resort was beautiful and in a great location. The area is quiet with lots of food options in walking distance in addition to the resort's BRBG restaurant. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. They upgraded our family to a 2-bedroom suite at no cost! The beach is a bit of a walk through the sand and heat but the waves are calm. It was gorgeous to watch the sun set over the ocean. St. Petersburg is about 20 min away. Customer service was excellent and we definitely will return.

My family stayed one night at Treasure Bay Resort. We arrived early (10 am) and I asked if we could check in early. Our room wasn’t ready, however the staff told me they would text me and even gave us a parking pass so we could enjoy the beach until the room was ready. I received a text just after 11am that the room was ready, which was incredible! Our kids loved the free cookies around 4pm! The room was spotless and they had fantastic coffee in the rooms (not cheep coffee like most places). The one downfall that I had was paying to do some laundry, but 2$ to wash and 1$ to dry wasn’t breaking the bank. Another downfall is that they don’t have a large ice machine which would be great for taking coolers to the beach (we were given a large ziplock bag with ice to get us by). We will definitely be back in the future!

Lovely stay with my 3 kids. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us celebrate New Years by providing some fun decorations for the room and hats for the kids. Room was spacious, pool with a view of the ocean was amazing, and great location. We will be back!

We had a lovely anniversary stay. We had originally booked a larger suite but had to re-book in a smaller suite due to hurricane Irma. Our junior suite far exceeded expectations - we had an ocean view and a full kitchen. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our happy hour glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the pool area, watching everyone on the beach. We had great service at the pool and enjoyed the tiki bar as well when we took a break from the beach. Know that the hotel does not provide beach chairs or umbrellas - that is an extra $40 charge. We'll definitely be back!
