Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Beachfront

Our favorite place to stay at it is perfect! We have thought about booking elsewhere at another hotel but we just keep coming back to this hotel! It is walking distance to some bars/restaurant. There is a parking fee, parking is located right next to Diego’s bar/grill amongst others like shmucks. It is pet friendly with an obvious fee. But our favorite is just the ease to getting to the beach area, we are a family of four with a stroller wagon and let me tell you they make it easier with their ramp. I have asked for other things and they never hesitate to help. Shout out to NAN she is great.

We were evacuated from our original vacation home because of Hurricane Debby. We had to get 3 rooms for our family. The staff did a fantastic job of making our stay seamless. The rooms were very nice and every inch of this hotel was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I’m disappointed in Hampton Inn. I had high hopes for anything by Hilton not this one unfortunately. The pros are : the beach was SO beautiful, and the walk from the hotel to the beach is actually not far at all. The coffee bar is available 24/7, which in my opinion is great. Cons: - First of all I needed a room with two queen beds and a couch. There was an online room like this available with a Beach view but the lady in the front office said she didn’t see this room in the system so then a gentleman at the front office got involved and tried to fix my problem by giving me a king bed with a couch and a rolling bed. ( this costed us extra ) ALSO, keep in mind there is an extra $21 fee for parking per day. - Second, the cleanliness is 5 out of 10. There was a horrible smell when we first walked into the room, there was hair on the sheets. We walked on the carpet with white socks and they turned black😬 -Third, the Air condition was horrible. It was so loud with a rattling noise. ( And about noise, the hotel allows pets so in the middle of the night we were awoken by a barking dog next to our room.) There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom so if you have a big family like us and just take a shower, its gonna get steamy :( - The towels they provide for drying off at the beach are always out/ limited and they are so small. I kid you the are toels for your face NOT your body. For the price that you're paying, I expected a better service.

Had a great time with the family at the Hamptons. Breakfast was delicious and a blessing every morning. Staff were amiable, and very helpful. Walked to Pier Park in the afternoons within 10 minutes. Definitely coming back in future trips and highly recommend!

This hotel deserves no stars. I went here with my family including a 10 month old baby. As soon as we walked in our room the floor was filthy! Also, in the bathroom there was women hair all over the wall from the previous guest. The hall ways floors is full of dirt and guest garbage outside the doors. The house keeping has no care. Our second day in the morning we requested housekeeping for our rooms to be clean. Upon our return it was not done. We requested for fresh towels and took them two hours to deliver. Overall this is the worst hotel experience in my life. I would never stay here again or any Hampton Hotels because my experience was that horrible.

The property’s location was great because you’re right on the beach. The staff were friendly. breakfast was free and it was pretty good, they had a lot of options but our favorite were the waffles that you make yourself. Parking is easy and it has an air conditioned walkway which is nice. Now for the cons, the hotel definitely needs to fix the place up a bit. the outdoor showers were broken. the pool was gross even though they closed it for cleaning at times. check in took almost 2 hours but i think if you have a digital key it’s suppose to be quicker. the biggest diss appointment was the cleanliness. the floors are carpet and full of dog hair. it’s also sticky and wet feeling. i kept my shoes on the entire time. the bathroom has no ventilation so it’s mildewy. dog hairballs were all around and i had to call to get my room vacuumed when we got there. overall, it seems like they don’t clean the rooms just tidy up. which i expect a full clean when checking in for the first time. i don’t think i would stay here again because cleanliness is very important to me since i travel with a toddler.

Super convenient with the family of four, Continental breakfast, & beachfront.

The hotel was able to accommodate early check-in. Huge thank you to "Nan", front desk lady, she was so sweet throughout our stay. Lots of high school kids and late night commotion this time of year, that's why I'm rating 3 stars for the area outside the hotel. Hotel was prestine, clean, and staff were excellent!

I booked this property for my family and I through Expedia and it was a great value for everything that was included in the convenient location to gulf world and pier park. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was very nice. Every time we talk to them check out was a breeze and check in. We were able to walk to Diego‘s across the street and the food was amazing. And my family was able to swim with dolphins right across the street and Pier Park was just a five minute drive where a lot of the famous restaurants are and there was a ton of stuff to do for kids and it was clean and safe. The free breakfast was great each morning for my large family. The bartender Amanda was super nice, and we ordered food through the hotel, and it was great. Cheryl, who was at breakfast every morning was very nice and courteous and her and her team kept the eating area clean, and a smooth operation. The rooms were very nice and clean and the ocean view was amazing. We had views of the sunset and pier overall it was , a great trip during spring break and the weather cooperated even though the ocean water was a little bit chilly and there were a few days of rough seas. We also rented the jet skis and that was a quick and painless process and the kids had a lot of fun. I was really impressed and I’m hard to impress.

We spent our first spring break here. I stayed in 1 room and the boys stayed in a second on the opposite end of the same floor. I slept like a baby! The staff was great and so was the free and ample breakfast each morning! Would stay here again!
