Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

The drapes were in disrepair, and the A/C was loud and in need of repair. Paying $214 for a junior suite and experiencing a loud A/C unit, drapes which were broke and a staff who wouldn't allow changing rooms, was inconsiderate and poor service. Floor was unclean and sticky.

Stayed for 6 days ,and enjoyed every minute i was there,It helped staying at a nice facility as yours was .and i like that it dog friendly. I would and will recommend to all my family and friends.

Visiting family for Super Bowl gathering.

We only stayed one night but this is the second time we’ve stayed here due to proximity to family. We had a suite and it was massive . That would be great if you were coming with family or had several rooms and wanted to make yours the hospitality room. It was difficult to get extra towels. 3 towels for two people doesn’t work…. especially when your female and have long hair. This stay was the second time we attempted breakfast at the hotel …. once again not a good experience. we sat with out being acknowledged for 10 minutes. wait staff helped 2 other people that sat down acts. I didn’t want to be rude and it was obvious they were overwhelmed. so we left and went to Metro Dinner. Hotels a convenient location , rooms are good and beds are comfy so don’t get me wrong …. it’s good. Just a few small things.

when we approached the hotel, there was a sign to enter at side entrance due to construction. If we would have known that we would not have selected this hotel. After entering there was no one to greet us for at least ten minutes, The housekeeper had walked the hall and noticed we were waited, must have gone to the back to let someone know and a rep came out to check us in. The pool was under construction, so no fresh air sitting around the pool with other family members who flew in from New York and selected the same hotel. No place to hang clothes as there were no racks up. The hallway had a musty stench. There is no way this hotel should have cost over 200 a night. We only lodged for one night as we traveled for my aunts funeral. In the future the hotel should advise that the hotel is under construction. Upon checkout I asked the front desk clerk for a discount so that we could come back and enjoy the hotel with the new renovations, she had an attitude and told me to contact the general manager Dan on Monday. My husband is a Hilton Honors Member and this is the first time we were disappointed with a stay.

I had a family of cockroaches that lived in the drawer by the fridge and coffee maker ...I had asthma issue. After i checked the AC air filter I knew why! I took pictures ! Unbelievable the amout of dust and cobwebs and black stuff growing on vents. I got price gouged for those 2 nights!!! For the worst room Ive ever stayed in...Sooooo awful and disgusting. Pet charge was not clearly stated as other properties and caused issue w my bank. Manager was not helpful at all. Would never recommend or stay here again. Could have stayed on the beach at another property for this price!

We had a great stay! The room was clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly & helpful, and the location convenient. I love that we could bring our Great Danes with us…it wouldn’t have been family Thanksgiving without the fur family too!!

Our stay was nice. My only issue was that upon our arrival we asked if our reservation included breakfast and was told it did not. Upon checking out, we were told that we did have breakfast included in our stay. So they got us for only one day w/o breakfast, but still. If we had been there for several days, I would have been really P-off. Other than that our stay was to see our kids and not to stay in the hotel. But we know for the future.

We stayed 3 nights as a family group (5 rooms). Everything was clean. The staff was terrific! We were a group of 10 and they accommodated us so well at the bar, restaurant and lobby. We really appreciate all their hard work!

Nice get away to visit family in the area. The hotel was well set up. Full housekeeping and restaurant service. Hot tub was nice and all amenities available which is amazing post Covid. We will definitely be staying again.
