Maid staff were accommodating and felt like family. Check-in staff were superficial especially that manager named Lake. He is fake.

The Breakers in Palm Beach is a beautiful property. The hotel is extremely family friendly. There is something for everyone.

The property and staff are fabulous. Please note that The Italian Restaurant on the property is children oriented. Not really the kind of place you would go without children.

An awesome place, beautifully run. If you don't have children and don't want to be with a lot of children you can still feel you're in a adults only spot. Everything always looks freshly polished, the architecture is superb, the redone rooms are very nice, there's a shop for anything you might need on site and you can be on Worth Avenue in minutes. However, you'll definitely run into someone you know here. Not a good place for a tryst but great for tennis, golf, beach, pool, and indulgence.

The Breakers is elegant yet casual. The very attractive design and layout, staff and atmosphere make it a very good choice for a relaxation stay. Very much enjoyed by pre-teen kids as well as adults; safe to do separate activities, arcade was popular. Har-Tru tennis courts are well-maintained; golf course looked fun but didn't play it. Food is excellent. Not too full or pricey in summer.

We had a fantastic stay at The Breakers and cannot wait to bring our children next year. The pool and golf course were great and the staff was very friendly. Our room was newly renovated and gorgeous. We've been to many 5 star hotels and this was one of the very best. The Breakers blows away all other hotels in Palm Beach including the Four Seasons and Ritz. Stay at The Breakers.....it's fabulous!!!
