We stayed Sunday night thru Friday morning, I called on Sunday and let them know that our flight was delayed and would not be in until after midnight. When we got there at 2:00 am she said we were a No Call No Show and said we should have called, we were on our flight and could not call. Finally made it good but didn’t get into our room until 3:00 am. A couple of other things happened. We had a do not disturb on our door but at 9:00 am the housekeeper knock and came into our room. The hotel is definitely children friendly, we saw a child throw up in the pool. No children were taken to the restroom regularly, hmmm. Then I found a used old razor blade on rock in the pool area. Probably won’t say again due to not having an adult only pool and cleanliness of the common areas.

Beautiful large pool with towels, fully stocked breakfast (pastries-LOVE the blueberry and apple turnovers, self made waffles, fruit, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, hot cocoa, eggs, sausage, bacon, toaster for breads/bagels). Comfortable Beautyrest mattress, soft lush towels, Nest toiletries replenished daily. Our pool view suite with living room and pullout couch, kitchen with all dishes, pans, utensils, and bedroom with 2 queen beds with bathroom was perfect. Snack shop in lobby and parking passes for us and family that visited us was all perfect!!!! We will be back!! Pool bathroom could be nicer. Thank you for a great stay!!!

This is a nice place for family with kids. We stayed 3 nights with our 3 year old kid. He loved the place. Spacious room ( like an apartment). Breakfast buffet was fantastic. More importantly it is near by beach.

Great hotel and great location. The only thing I would change is the breakfast routine. It ends at 9:30am, which makes it a mob scene when everyone in the hotel raids the breakfast area all at once. Lines of 15-20 people each morning, then by the time you get a plate, everything is all gone and they don't replenish the food quickly which means even more waiting. I waited 30 mins in line for DIY waffles which only had one machine. 4 people in front of me and 30 mins later, my wife and child had already finished their breakfasts before I even sat down.

No costumer service or concern for care of guest. HUGE stain on ceiling. My children and I came back with stuffy noses. Remodeling material all over all way. Would like my money back

The property is in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel is quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the choices in the breakfast- eggs, sausage, make your own waffle, cereals and toppings- very fun for the kids. The pool area was great.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff accommodating. Not very eco-friendly. No recycling containers. Tv service also kept going out which was annoying with kids in the room.
