This is my second year in a row staying at a opal collection hotel… Last year it was in Clearwater But unfortunately, this is my last year to stay with you … Your policy of all the money upfront, and nonrefundable… Even for extended stay… is too rigid of a policy for me and my family … These days people get sick or things happen and your policy of ( us it or lose it ) Is too restrictive for me Unfortunately, for both of us

Very clean, convenient to restaurants / main strip in Naples . BUT: I Emailed in advance seeking earlier than 4 check in. Answer, we will try. So I decided to delay my 2.5 hour travel time so as not to get here too early and I arrived at 3 PM. Disappointed that I had to waste the time but couldn’t get any type of comfort level. After standing at the desk for 10 to 15 minutes, two clerks couldn’t seem to figure out if they had any rooms clean and ready for me or not. so I was simply told guaranteed time is 4 o’clock come back later. It should not have been that difficult to accommodate a 3 o’clock check-in. I’ve never had this problem in all my years. While it’s a small hotel, they appeared to be anything but busy. In fact, it was like a ghost town. My second disappointment was the next morning when we went down for what was supposed to be a free breakfast included in the rather high price I paid. While I wasn’t expecting a full on buffet, This clearly was the worst breakfast ever experienced where each person had the option of either a bagel or a muffin and a cup of coffee. Nothing for kids to drink. Anything else you paid for. This was not the free breakfast which they use as a strong selling point to legitimize their nightly rate. Next trip I would definitely stay at the Hilton, and suggest the same for anybody considering this hotel/ Inn….

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everyone on staff was great. We missed our flight first day and when I called everything was good and waiting for us. The young lady remembered us when we showed up to breakfast. The hotel is close to shopping!

The hotel is 2 blocks over from the heart of Naples on 5th Ave. Great location, very charming hotel, clean and updates rooms and lobby. The staff was super friendly and offers that southern charm. The pool is on the smaller end but we were not there for the pool so we spent time at the beach mostly. It was nice to take a dip in the pool at night. Just note being the hotel is not on the beach, you can walk to the beach BUT if you have gear like I do with the kids you will need to drive. Not a big deal at all. One suggestion would be that the hotel offer beach chairs as either part of the package and or available for a small fee to rent for the day. If you plan on doing the beach you can rent from some local companies for the day or several days. Honestly I bought a few cheap chairs from Walmart and used them while we were there. I left them outside for anyone that wanted to use or keep them. I would recommend and WILL be staying here again next time in Naples
