We had to add a room last minute for a family member due to an unsafe situation at a local hotel and they were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend. Angela at front desk went above and beyond!

I recently stayed at this hotel for Spring Break and it was very close to 5th Ave in Naples. There were plenty of dining options nearby, especially Italian restaurants. The amenities were great, and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and perfect for a family of four. Additionally, the parking was very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

Male front desk worker was extremely rude did not explain anything; the property did not disclose that the airport was right behind it and caused so much noise and commotion for my infant. Could not enjoy the pool because of it. Highly disappointed, highly unsatisfied.

The Hyatt House has a beautiful view and is on the intercoastal. Our suite was spacious enough to comfortably sleep 4. It is located in a convenient area close to Naples Pier. They serve a hot breakfast every morning which gets your day started quickly. I usually stay with family while in Naples but the Hyatt House made our stay so pleasant that I would definitely return!

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We had a beautiful riverfront room that was spacious and comfortable. We were only there overnight for a quick visit but will definitely stay there again since we have family in the area. Would love to make more time to utilize boat rentals, etc behind hotel.

Walls too thin in rooms. Could hear talking, baby crying, & shouting from the room next door. Slamming doors. Drainage in shower was slow. No water bottles offered in rooms.

My stay here was very good. My family came to celebrate a birthday. My room had a good view over the river. The staff were friendly. I would definitely come stay here again.
