Everything was super. Only comment is on the shower. I loved the intensity of the shower, however I don't know if it could be used for children or sensitive occupants. The one glass door posed a problem with water all over the floor. However this wasn't my problem I just used a towel and wiped it up. I would recommend adjusting the shower intensity for future guest.

Only stayed for one night when visiting the Everglades as a family and it had everything we needed. Staff were very attentive and delivered a travel cot so much quicker than we’ve ever received one at huge 5* resorts. Everyone was friendly and breakfast was great before a busy day of exploring.

The King Room is definitely not suitable for a family - when you open the sofa bed (which was not made) it completely blocks the room! The hotel is well maintained and looks new/renovated. Water pressure in the shower was very weak and breakfast was basic. Overall - disappointing.

My sisters and I came into town to visit family. Very nice clean hotel. Great staff at the front desk. It’s in a great location with many eating options. We would stay there again

I wanted a decent place at a decent price outside the hustle and bustle of Miami the night before a cruise. The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were nice with a mini kitchen and table. The pool was clean and nice. Parking was free and secure. The beds were comfy and the night was quiet. The continental breakfast was better than most but free hotel breakfast are never amazing. If you want a great breakfast go out to a restaurant in my opinion. Overall Perfect for a family of 4! There is a big sports bar and a Texas Roadhouse in the parking area. The sports bar had great reviews but was packed for a Miami game so we ate at Texas RH. It was good! I would definitely stay at this hotel again for another Miami port cruise. Only 25 min from the Miami airport where we dropped our rental car and shuttled to the port.

Convenient, great for a work or family stay with the convenience of a fully functional kitchen, comfortable Kind bed. Had difficulty synching my laptop to the flatscreen for work, but all in all this was a great respite. There is a lot nearby in this area.

This property was a surprising oasis that I did not expect to find. The staff are kind, and courteous. The hotel is in excellent condition. They have a very nice morning breakfast that is one of the nicer ones I have seen in a hotel in a while. Nothing is custom made, but there are plenty of choices and the breakfast was well stocked throughout our stay. Beds were very comfortable. I was in Miami to see family, and debated about staying on the beach. I was so glad I did not. This location was closer to my family, and it was so worth it not to have all the hassle of driving. The parking was easy and included on site without a zillion extra fees. The peace of the borderlands of Miami was very much an oasis from the intensity of the city. I would stay here again.

Amazing and attentive staff, great price per night, quiet nights, family friendly, the location was safe and clean, tons to day right around the hotel, the rooms were sparking clean and very spacious. I cannot say a single bad thing about this hotel. This will be my go to anytime I visit!
