Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable bed . The only pitfall was that duvet and pillow sheets were dirty and stained . We had to bring the duvet to the staff and request a clean ones . Also the bathroom had towel ring that was loose and we fixed it . The breakfast was simple but good . I love that it was a family own hotel and not a franchise . We like to support independent businesses . It was a constructive comment.so they improve and nobody makes a big issue with it in the future .

Just don't do it. Don't bring kids here. The hotel was going under renovations for sure, hopefully they can fix up some things but the neighborhood is in a homeless community so there are homeless people all over the street. Everything was sketchy, we did not even feel comfortable staying even though we payed. We left the same night. They do allow dogs but we did not even want our dog to be in that situation.
