Stood at the Lennox hotel with family this weekend and the television/phone in both rooms were inoperable. We finally had the engineer fix the TV but by the time it was repaired, we no longer needed it since we had reservations for dinner etc. Will not be coming back here. A lot of the hotels near the beach are really not all it’s hyped up to be. I rather stay downtown and Uber to the beach.

Fantastic staff. Even though there was a small issue with my room, they went out of their way to make things right.
The bar staff was like family and even security made us feel welcome. Will be back.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 children and had a downstairs room by the pool with 2 double beds. The location was excellent, we enjoyed being able to walk to Lincoln rd and several nice restaurants very close by. We used the valet service for our car which was seamless, the staff was super nice and friendly. The hotel itself was very modern and clean. I would return to this hotel but not with children as the room was just too small for us. There was no real closet, only a small armoire. No space to hang a long dress. We didn’t have much space to open up or store our suitcases. We also didn’t have a iron and iron board. It worked for 3 days but we also didn’t spend much time in the room during the day. Also be aware that the pool rooms don’t have windows so it felt very dark. You only have the sliding/entrance door which has a privacy black out curtain. It’s a very cute hotel and I would recommend it for couples but not necessarily for a family trip.

I feel like I was conned. This was basically a motel advertised as a luxury boutique. The area is maybe the only redeeming part of staying here and even that is a stretch- it’s a block from the beach and has some cute bars and restaurants walking distance. The rest was horrendous- the room had a view of dumpsters, the AC didn’t work and windows were permanently locked, the “gym” was even smaller than the room but often jam packed with children, and the elevator seemed to be forgotten in their “renovation.” The pool was pretty, but designed poorly so there is never any sunlight. The energy from the staff was awkward and strange. Really wish I’d left and stayed somewhere else.

My family stayed here for New Years Eve and it was the perfect location, walking distance to everything but away from the crowds of south beach. Nice boutique hotel with cool vibe.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel. My husband and I were able to get a 3 day getaway with no children. When we arrived we were disappointed with the room choice. We had a city view balcony however there was no view. It was all palm trees covering the balcony. So much so that we felt claustrophobic and never went on it.
The hotel was not busy. Very few couples there, but of course they put us across the hall from a big family with kids who would run back and forth slamming the room doors. At 6 am I had to ask if they could be more quiet. Naps after the beach were ruined due to the doors shutting constantly. This hotel is not very soundproof. I wish they put us in another wing where it was mostly empty but we were leaving the next day so my husband did not want to complain.
We had one bathrobe in our room so I asked guest services to bring up another for my husband and they never did.
The only plus, when you got the the beach you did not have to pay for chairs or umbrellas.
We are breakfast at the hotel and it was really good.

The property is modern, but the rooms were very small and there was no separate bathroom in our room which made it feel more like a motel room rather than a hotel room.
The pool was very small, like a lap pool and it can get loud.
Not entirely kid friendly.
However the staff were helpful and friendly. Location is good. Wifi was spotty and unreliable.
Good for couples but not families.
The restaurant Amalia was excellent. Their food was fresh and delicious.
Sadly we won’t return because of the rooms but we will come back to eat at the restaurant.

The price did not meet what the hotel room and stay included. It was a basic very small room and bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave, I payed extra for a balcony the most expensive room and the balcony was so small a regular chair could not fit fully. The restaurant is overpriced but it’s expected in South Beach. The pool is very small and is not accommodating for the size of a hotel, I would say it’s mainly a kids pool. Staff were ok, I arrived 30 minutes early before check in time my room was not ready so I ate at the restaurant. 45 minutes later pass my check in room was still not ready. When I got to the room and seen the basic layout and very small room I was confused on way it would take so long especially if check out is at 11am. When going through Expedia I was told it was a VIP access property but when I got to the hotel and inquired about the vip service the staff told me there wasn’t any. Make a long story short ok stay but money for that price I could have stayed somewhere better.
