Zota Beach Resort

My family and I love Zota Beach. I recommend it and next year we will return.

The staff was great and very attentive. We loved the location of the resort and how easy it was to get to things outside the resort. The beach was great and so was the pool/hot tub. I would recommend this for both family or individuals. The food options were okay and were slow on many occasions. We would return to this resort.

Everything about this property was amazing. I just wish there were more shops/restaurants to walk to with little ones and not have to get in a car.

Beautiful place. Easy access to the beach from the pool. Dinning overlooks the pool and you can see the beach/ocean. Perfect for families, very child friendly. Cabana for beach services closes way before sunset. Since it's family friendly pool was sometimes a little overcrowded with children. Kids were in the hottub with floaties.

Very nice staff and great environment. Highly recommend. Good mix of business travelers and families.

Excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful and the service is great. My only concern is about the food service in the restaurant at breakfast time and by the pool. We were having breakfast for two times and the server took a long time to bring us the food and even took forever just to be seated. At the pool, we asked for chips and salsa and two kids meals. The kids meals were good but the chips and salsa were horrible. The guacamole was a blackish-green color and the salsa tasted bad. Overall the experience was amazing but the food service needs improvement.

Great place for adults and little kids.

Complimentary valet parking was great. Pool is loud all hours of day, recommend higher up to lessen kids yelling. 2 beach Loungers are part of resort fee with free help yourself pool towels. Restaurant has good service and food. Pool bar was crowded and service took a little. Overall it was great and would go again.

Very nice place. Bar food was mediocre, but otherwise nice. Pool was filled with kids… so not exactly a peaceful place to unwind. Also, when you charge a hefty resort fee, include a friggin umbrella at the beach! So chintzy
