No areas for adults, you were barraged with kids daily! Rooms were cleaned ever other day. The service from check in to departure was terrible.

We arrived to check in and got a standard room at 1st. The room was Far from everything, the carpet in the room was dirty. So, we moved to a Priority room that was right next to everything and much cleaner. As far as the food court wow overpriced, food was cold and not good at all. The rooms were small, The arcade half the games didnt work and what do the kids get at the end what a waste of money. I will be staying else where next time.

The room was small for a family of 4. The bathroom light didn’t work. The carpet was disgusting. I complained and was told that our room was in the part of the hotel that hasn’t been remolded yet. They didn’t offer to switch rooms. The staff was rude. I asked for a set of sheets to change the bed after a vomiting incident with the kids and they never gave me clean sheets even after I said I would change them myself.

Check In on a Thursday and Left on a Monday. Not Once did any Maid Service come to my room or my other family’s room. Had to get my own towels and had to have someone come and get the trash out. Mentioned it to front desk and they basically responded with “I don’t understand why”. I’ll tell you why,housekeepers were standing around on their phones! Other than housekeeping everything else was good

Our family loves the Disney properties. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had connecting rooms. Everything was very clean.

This is a great hotel to spend time with family. The pool is ok, nothing special, but kids always have fun at the pool.. The decoration is great and we loved that we stayed at the tennis building! The bedroom is clean, the bathroom could have some upgrades! Overall good for a weekend!
