I loved the hotel we stayed in the staff was very delightful helpful and the breakfast was great I have told my friends and family to stay at the hotel

We stayed for 4 nights for a Disney family trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As soon as we checked in we were welcomed by Christiana who was super pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well stocked (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals pancakes, oatmeal, apples, bananas, coffee, juices, and milk). It was not too far from the parks and they even offer a free shuttle to and from the parks. It’s close to lots of restaurants such as Popeyes, McD’s, Bdubs, Arby’s, and Wingstop. 10/10 would stay again!

What a great place to base a trip to the theme parks in Florida. The rooms are big and great for families. The pool is outdoor but nice and the breakfast is very good especially since its included. The location is great close to restaurants and fun activities for the young and young at heart. Free shuttles to Disney and Universal each day.

Decided to end our FL trip at Disney Springs before our afternoon flight out. Booked this with no research besides looking at the most recent reviews. We will definitely be staying here again! The rooms were older but very spacious and clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great - pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, in addition to the reg fruit, muffins, cereal. We saw a Disney shuttle stop right outside the hotel so that has to be so handy for people going to the parks without cars. Lots of families at breakfast. Great stay!

My partner and I stayed her for our Disney trip. The distance was very convenient and we liked that but the stay gave motel vibes. You could hear everything from the maid carts, people walking outside their room, to kids running around as if the walls/ floors are made of paper. The room tv was the size of a computer monitor and my partner was worried about the safety of his car. Area seemed a little sketchy. Overall it got the job done but we will most likely not be returning back there.

it was pretty late when we got to the room and while trying to just get to sleep after a long travel day my child screams from across the room that there are BUGS crawling on the ground. not one.. not even two but THREE different sized and shaped bugs were cruising across the carpet. i was so freaked out we didn’t even bother using the bedsheets and instead opted for the towels to hopefully avoid any bugs that might be in the bed next. we’re here for only the night, but i can’t say i recommend this place to anyone. yuck

The building is dated at first glance. The room is dated no surprise. But the beds and pillows are comfortable. The AC workMy whole family had good sleep during the 7 day long stay.
