Walt Disney World Swan

Room was quiet, no kids running up and down the halls at all hours, elevators were fast, pools were a great bonus but the concrete was hotter than the depths of hell - so bring flip floppys. Drinks were pricey but worth every penny - (stay for the education moment for the new hires to taste test the throw aways). Overall - great weekend! Can't wait to come back

We had a great stay at the Swan for our family vacation. We would highly recommend it!!

cleanliness--- the bed smelled like previous occupants' cologne. the bed was hot but room freezing and made you sweat ... didn't sleep well. the pool felt very nice and i loved the hot tub but in need of more accommodation seating for guests. Had previous experience at the dolphin about 7 1/2 years ago, and it was super pleasant. no complaints. thought this stay would be the same but i was way wrong for hoping to enjoy life away from home with my family hubby and three kids 12,7,6 and they were so happy in the pool area only. the room or pool. And the parking fees are outrageous!!! you pay for a room for almost $800 for two nights and still have to pay a fee for parking either valet or self but come to find out i picked self and I still had to play 36 per day and valet is $43 per day. ridiculous it should be a one-time payment when you check in no matter how long your stay. anyways yeah that my take

Close to all disney parks. Perfect if you have little kids.

A wonderful family friendly hotel convenient to the parks, many pool options, etc. Great staff as well.

We've been to Disney many times and stayed at many resorts, but the family all agreed this one is now our favorite. Staff are courteous, smiling, and always go the extra mile. We were very impressed with the resort grounds and amenities. Great pools and the hot tubs were the perfect temp for a trip with lows in the 40s. Our room was fabulous and the housekeeping staff were seemingly constantly available and very kind and helpful. We loved the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood, and it was cool to have the Friendship Boats as an added option. Loved everything. Will come back.

We wanted to add a bed for our 10 years kid, the lady front desk said it's $35 extra fee per day.

I love the proximity to the theme parks and the many transportation options. The only thing i would recommend is more cafe options for guests traveling with little ones.
