SpringHill Suites Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center/Western Entrance

This was my first time staying at this hotel and my experiance was terrible. My family and I booked 3 rooms to stay for just one night because we went to one of the disney parks and we didnt wanted to drive back home after a long day at the park. We confirmed our stayed and so far the hotel say everything was ready for us. We arrived at the hotel about 11:40 pm. My family and I checked in and when we got to our rooms 2 of them the AC was not working and the third room we were advised there was a problem with it and was not available anymore. I tried to call front desk to report the AC and the phone in the room was not working too. This hotels end up transfering us to the hotel next door and our experiance there was not great either. They other hotel gave a room with only one bed when our reservation was 2 double beds for all 3 room and they gave us a room that was not even clean, beds were not even made. At this point we were frustrated, tired, and upset because it was almost 1 am and we had no rooms available for our family to rest. We definitely not coming back to none of the 2 hotels because of the bad service.

Ran into some ants and bed bugs in one of our rooms. When we told the staff they told us they would see what they could do. The janitor came up and sprayed bug spray and then proceeded to tell the host downstairs that he didn’t see a thing. We had to record a video showing the multiple amount of ants crawling around and behind the night stand. Took awhile for the manager at the time to get back and finally get us another room after being told everything was booked. Overall nice place to stay but didn’t like the fact we had to prove that the conditions were not okay for my finance and two kids to sleep in as if we were trying to get over on the company.

Everything was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, specially the bathroom. Close to everything and 10 minutes from Disney parks, the shuttle service is a plus. The hotel has an arcade room for the kids next to a huge pool and a restaurant and bar for the adults, inside has a coffee bar. We loved everything in the hotel.

We chose this place as we stayed here last year. It didn’t disappoint. If you want a place to stay this is the PLACE!! We’ll be staying here again when we take the kids during Christmas this year.

Friendly staff, alot of amenities for kids, clean, great pool and pool bar

I have stayed here twice already . I really like the resort feel to this place. Super close to disney , breakfast included and the pool area is perfect for the kids .

Kids friendly. Nice and quiet place. There's a market and a pharmacy in front the hotel, very convenient. But the restaurant don't have to many options for kids.

We enjoyed our stay. We have family that stays there often.

This place was awesome! Everyone was so nice and polite. The pool was so clean and warm 😍 Towels everywhere ready to use! . The Breakfast seeved since early morning with lots of options to choose and the food was delicious! I will definitely comeback next year! Thank you for making my trip even more wonderful. My family and I had an amazing time together ❤️
