Magic Key Resort

Had a family emergency and had to check out early but was not given a refund

My children and I arrived at the hotel to check in at 7:30 PM. Greeted by the Clerk in a rude manner from the start. He asked for my credit card information and made me sign a form with rules. I did. We went to the room 107 that was assigned to us. Only 1 set of towels and dirty. I called the front desk and asked for more and to tell them the lights didn’t work, room dirty, and toilet is leaking from the base. They said they didn’t have any towels and can’t clean until the morning. In the morning I asked Housekeeping for the towels, room cleaning and lights. Once again, said it would be resolved by end of day. It wasn’t! Still no towels or clean room. I don’t know how this place has 8 star ratings. I have all the pictures to support my point.

Nice hotel while at Disney. Clean and family operated which is a pleasant touch .
