Great location - the hotel is so much fun! I booked this for family. The restaurant was very good as well. Had a blast playing "name that tune" one evening. Rooms were amazing. We had the balcony on the side of the building - I think it said partial ocean view - but it was spectacular. We could see the ocean and the neighborhood.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. With two little children (2 & 4), we were pleased with how easy it was to get to the beach and pool. The hotel was very comfortable and clean! It was also incredibly beautiful and offered great views from our ocean view balcony. Valet service was seamless as well!

We have visited this hotel 3 times now and we love it. The staff is always very professional and hospitable. We like how they now give you a wristband to wear for your room key.. One of the complaints i have is the parking. Valet is very slow and the area where you setup valet gets very congested and you cant always get through. Also, It would be nice if at a certain time of the evening they have adult only pool time. We couldn't enjoy the pool this time because there were way too many kids in the pool. Fireworks show was awesome!

Our stay here was marvelous! Check-in was so easy and the suite was immaculate. The bed is very comfortable and we loved our view too! Staff is friendly and very helpful, and made traveling with a toddler so much easier for us. PS the little guy loved the room too!

From the minute you check in, the staff makes you feel as though you are part of the family! Rooms are clean and well laid out. Food is good, if not gourmet. The drink choices are awesome. We've stayed here twice, and we'll certainly be back!!!

Hotel lobby is beautiful. One working elevator was challenging. We stayed here since it was our halfway point to Savannah GA and close to Shands since we had a sick child that could have needed to be admitted. Our room was absolutely perfect!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything was literally perfect! Upon check in adults are greeted with a margarita and the kiddos are greeted with fruit punch. The staff members were so pleasant and accommodating. I have no complaints at all! I can’t wait until our next visit. I will definitely be booking this property again!

No AC in our room and could not get a new room until after 10pm with a toddler. Manager was not willing to make things right. They offered $60 refund for our inconvenience.
