Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville Beach, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful experience! This was just a one night stay with connecting rooms for family. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Great location for a short drive to Jacksonville Beach and the pier. The only complaint is the pool needed cleaning.

The rooms were so clean and smelled great! The front desk staff 10/10. Michelle went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. She truly made our stay one that our family will remember for a life time. If you are thinking of booking here do it. It has everything you want, nice pool, close to the beach, very clean for any hotel but especially for a beach hotel, good breakfast, EV charging stations, solid beds, and lat but not least great staff. Just book it.

My family has stayed at this hotel numerous times and it never disappoints. Front desk and staff are super friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are always clean. Breakfast is always fresh. If you don't want to spend too much on a beachfront hotel, this is the perfect location. It's literally a 4 minute drive to the beach and rooms are half the price. Completely worth it!

This was a one night stay for my family of 4 but it was very nice and clean. The front desk was great when I asked about food options. The breakfast was good.

The staff was so Friendly and helpful.. from the time I checked in until the time I checked out I enjoyed my stay.. my kid’s and I were accommodated and satisfied.😃

The front desk receptionist was very kind. Knowing we had a sick child she got us a room even though we arrived before check in time. The laundry room was very helpful and clean-quarters readily available at front desk and even complimentary detergent at one point. Fresh cookies available in lobby every night- our young children were always excited about that. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. Other drinks, snacks, items available for purchase- husband was happy to have a beer after arrival. Great complimentary breakfast- lots of choices. Modern and clean rooms. Close to the beach. Traffic light at entrance making entry and exit to Beach blvd convenient. Hotel was under renovation in lobby area, but that did not affect our stay. Would definitely recommend and return next time while in Jacksonville.
