Always love SpringHill. The room was comfortable and could easily fit a family of 5. The breakfast was disappointing though. It had 3 egg options which is great if you like eggs, their waffle machine was working but they hat no syrup. When I asked about it the workers gave me honey.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every member of the staff was friendly, kind and professional. The hotel was very clean and updated. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by as well. We would definitely stay there again.

This property took us in after another hotel chain wrongly cancelled our reservation. The staff was welcoming and the property was clean and well keep up. The breakfast provided had a nice variety of thing to pick from. Only thing Inwould say wasn’t great was the faucet and shower head. To get shower to work you had to pull hard if not you had half shower half faucet. Also the water pressure from shower could be little better. Beside that our stay was amazing and was an upgrade in every way from were we were originally going to stay. Thanks to both Expedia and Marriott for helping us when that other hotel chain left us hanging without somewhere to sleep for the night with our children.

I really liked the set up of the bathroom which was compact and rectangular and able to fit 2 adults and a child. The sliding door to the bathroom was easy to use if someone was using the facility but someone else needed to enter.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We initially were given a room where the AC wasn’t working, and were quickly moved into another room as the maintenance person was off duty. I didn’t use the pool, but families were enjoying it. I would definitely stay here again for a sports tournament, as it is super convenient for Fort Meyers and Naples areas.

Hotel overbooked and bumped multiple families out of 2 queen rooms into 1 King room. Shower was a trickle and barely warm. Dirty shower with grime and mold. Corinna at the front desk was absolutely horrid. Never had an experience like this at any hotel before. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
