This will be the cleanest and nicest hotel that I ever stayed under $100/night for a family. Very modern room with kitchenette and “dining area” Nice saltwater pool and nice hot breakfast for every morning. Very nice for a staycation weekend getaway.

Everything was great. Smooth check in, the room was very clean. Beds were soft and we slept like babies! Pool was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Will book this hotel again!

The people and the stay was great. Now, with that, allow me to make a suggestion. We all know the pool is a magnet for children, and that's not an issue at all, however, there should be designated evening hours for ADULTS ONLY, like from 9p-12a or something. I was very disappointed i was unable to use the pool until the last hour of my stay, and NO EXCEPTIONS are made once it's locked. There is no reason this cannot be implemented. There are NEVER lifeguards on duty when children are present, I'm sure the adults would fare fine.

Stayed 5 nights visiting family. Very quiet during week. Breakfast good! Awesome staff on every shift. Love the bar to wind down in the evening. Didn’t use the pool but area was clean and towels provided along with plenty of seating.Room itself was clean, updated ( no carpet) and had everything you need!

Our stay was to go see our son's ship arrive from deployment. The room was decent and comfortable. Our safe did not work and when we reported they said the maintenance person would come by to look at it, well he never showed. People staying below us were super load and had kids just running around and yelling.

They were all out of bedrooms with King bed even though thats what we had paid for. So we were given a roon on the first floor. Upon looking at the room, especially the bathroom had roaches. Not Palmetto bugs but roaches, baby roaches. We asked for different room as well on the second floor and we just didn't want to take the chance in being roaches home.

I was contractually forced to stay at a lot of 4 star and 5 star hotels when my kids played travel soccer. They were way overpriced and the services were mediocre at best. I stayed at this Quality Inn and got the best service ever at a reasonable price. I conversed with the manager and he is genuinely engaged in delivering the best customer experience. This hotel is unique in my experience and I would recommend it if you are staying in Jacksonville

My husband found a cockroach in the bathroom. The exterior looks old and dirty. There is a bar in the property so I don’t recommend it for families.

Here's the things we liked. Rooms were spacious and the pool was open. The pool was serviced every 3 days. Nice area for kids. Not so good was the garabe cans by pool needed to be empty and the grounds were not so clean. Breakfast was a bust. We had breakfast one morning at 6:30 and they ran out of food. 2nd morning not all options were available either.

I had cancel because other family members could not make the trip. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund which is not looking good at this point. I will never go through a third party like Hotels.com ever again.
