The room was nice and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We did visit the pool area which was also very nice and clean. There were kids DIVING in the hot tub, which is dangerous. Parents didn't seem to notice or mind. Hot tub water splashed in my face and eyes. Bed was terrible. We could feel the springs coming through the mattress. Coffee states ready at 6, but not so and you have to pay for it.

Excellent staff! Everyone was beyond friendly. The location is perfect as it’s convenient to places to eat, visit the bay, all the things that make a trip to Crystal River worth it! Would stay again with my family.

Me, my finance and kids had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. From the room to the restaurant within walking distance, the scenery, everything. I’ll definitely be staying again!

They post poned our check-in for more then 2 hours since rooms were not ready. We have a 5 month old baby who had to go to bed but they didn't find any solution for us to get our room faster. Also we did not get any discount for the inconvinience when we talked to the manager on the next day. He only said sorry. We are really disapppointed about this behaviour

Great location. pool is not heated however so no swimming and tons of people and kids jumping and splashing water in your face in hot tub because the pool was too cold. I love kids but would have liked adult time in the evening to relax. Staff were fantastic and friendly.

The location is fantastic, tight on the water with restaurants within walking distance. The staff is always super helpful and nice. The rooms in the building nearest the water need updating, but are clean and well cared for. Ice machines were broken intermittently and vending machines took a lot of money from the kids, but we warned them to stop trying. There is a marina with manatee outings and kayaks to rent right on site. The pool was frigid despite the weather in the 80's, so we didnt swim but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was really busy, had to fight for a table. The staff kept it well stocked despite being so busy. This was our 3rd time staying here and will stay again when we go bavk!

We (10 of my family) stay here every year.....strictly due to the staff and the ability to launch our boat. Rooms could use a bit of an update...but we only sleep/shower here and are in the water most of the 3 or 4 days we stay. Concerning the staff we are always greeted with a smile and are asked if we need anything....great folks....

There were baby roaches in both beds. I had to wake up my kids to move to a different room then there were bugs in that room too. Finally the third room was fine. What a terrible experience. I noticed them when they started crawling on my arm! I almost drove 2.5 hours home in the middle of the night.
